Hey guys sup.. has anyone here already received reward from "Aprentices Tournament: week 1 - fishermen's guild"?? I am asking because i finished into 2th spot from leadearboard (reward 800$) and still didn't receive nothing after 1 week...

Use the support since most of the user here doesn’t participate on the tournament because it’s for high roller. Customer support of Duelbits will surely give you an answer to your issue.

I remember seeing someone reported this kind of issue before but on different tournament. Support help the user to receive the reward but it takes time. Btw does the ToS of the tournament doesn’t indicate the distribution date?

It said on tournament ToS 72h after it ends..but i asked support 2 days ago and go this answer: "Unfortunately, we are yet to receive the list of eligible winners from the provider. As soon as this is provided, payout will be made to all eligible winners"

Well, no problem after all, just wait.. but today i asked again in support and got another very different answer: " Dear customer, as our Management team mentioned, you have been disqualified from the Tournament due to the promotion abuse. This decision is irreversible. Have a wonderful day."

I really dont know what happened. This tournament specifically was about highest multiplier in a single spin so what kind of abuse are they talking about?? To be honest ive lost cash trying to get 2th spot in leaderboard and then got this arbitrary answer. Considering i did nothing wrong here and got this kinda of aswer i feel kinda "scammed"..

I've been using duelbits for almost 2 years, have KYCed, always participating on those slots tournaments and no problem until then. If someone can help solve me this issue would be great..and if ncessary i have proof i was at second place when tournament ended.

Most of the users who are complaining must be doing something wrong in terms of account creation, verification or might be using VPN or something illegal activity that makes their account suspicious and thus they end up in locked up situation such as this one. I hardly think Duelbits has shortfall of funds and that’s why they are not paying some random users instantly. It’s matter of security for sure. For as long as Duelbits has enough user base and money back I don’t think they have to halt someone’s payment for no reason. Hope so the said user gets there soon.
Whatever their reasons are for halting his payment, they should have provided him a proper explanation as to why it's taking so freaking long for his KYC documents to get verified which usually finishes in minutes for most people.

It's quite rare seeing someone wait this long for his/her KYC to get verified.

@CALcaraz could be hiding something from us though we will never know unless their someone from their support team clarifies their side of the story in this thread.

I am not sure the exact terms and conditions of the promotion of that particular event

But most of the events have such rule like

So you are sure that you didn't do anything that violates the terms of the events as well as the standard ToS of the platform.

Then they owe you an explanation.

Duelbits representative of bitcointalk hasn't active for months in bitcointalk so you wait for a day or two to get a reply from the support and if you still haven't got any reply then you can PM @Hhampuz via bitcointalk forum because he is the one who can contact the platform (correct me if I am wrong guys) and surely he will help you out regarding this.

IMO, they have no reason to deny rewards if they don't have evidence because they are spending thousands of dollars every week in the forum itself to spread the brand.

Are you using bonuses of Duelbits such as deposit bonus whenever you compete on the tournament? Most of the time user that receives this kind of warning commit multiple account to get deposit bonuses for extra credit on the balance that they can use on tournaments until they hit the multiplier and forfeit the bonus.

This is just my assumption but team decision about this kind of issue is always fixed unless you can provide substantial evidence that will prove your innocence. I suggest to file a complaint on casino guru since this issue needs a 3rd party to check the evidence provided by duelbits.

for some reason , I think this is one of those as he only made couple of bets and tries to withdraw in which I think not enough to follow the wager requirements.

and also I believe that triggers the system and yes , he turns being a questionable account as per His activity .

I think this is just a regular KYC probably due to his withdrawal pattern after profit or regarding the method on how he get that profit.
That doesn't make any sense. Casinos cannot request KYC just because of certain withdrawal patterns unless they suspect money laundering or something which doesn't seem to be the case here.

They can check how he acquired the profit by themselves without requesting any form of KYC basically.

They required KYC because they saw something unusual on this account or else this guy can withdraw without KYC since I have Duelbits account that still can manage to instant withdraw without any KYC.

And also casino can ask KYC using whatever reason they want without giving further explanation to the customers. This line is indicated on ToS of every casino. Your idea that casino can't request KYC is non existence in reality.

Your case is different since the job requiring your problem is not originally intended for the support work. There’s a warning message on the deposit address once you open the deposit page.

How can you use this screenshot below as evidence that the team promised you a reward? The support cleared stated that they will send you a promotion once there’s available for you. It’s not a promise but rather just an FYI for an upcoming promotion if there’s available for you. It’s a general reply to tell that there’s no promotion available for you.

Your case is quite peculiar and very hard to prove if there's really improper handling since your concern is about promotion reward. Many user will surely gangbang you here because they are promoting this casino while your issue is not a clear case of scam attempt. It's more prmotion restrictions if I interpret it properly.
