No skills required but courage, courage to risk some money while trying to hunt for decent multiplier on slot games. Without this courage, he will be just like most others who will stop once he gives up but as long as I know is that this user is rarely give up

Aside from taking the risk, I see it as a ticket to win those prizes. $1,000 is quite a big prize, if they don't mind, I think it would be better to divide the prizez into at least three so that more participants can be happy and have a chance to win.
