As for KYC, I think any company should put this in their terms and conditions better so that the customers know they can ask for it. ^ Definitely right because gambling site owner was following the rules of law there is no exemption on it as long as you are custodial services and AML compliance has become compulsory for anyone even though you are using cryptocurrency.
