If you didn't login for a long time it could be that your account is deactivated, but you can try deleting browser history or use different browser, and try to reset your password.
You will receive new password and you should login normal after that, but if not you can try talking with Betnomi support in forum and ask for help.

Really good to heard this, not only for receiving the freebets (i not received one, i dont know why )

I have checked my Betnomi Account as well and didn't see any free bet, so I've checked my mail address and we need to activate it in our mail. So, if you check your mail, activate your freebet, you'll get it into your Betnomi Account (could take some minutes until it is activated). At least, it worked for me. 

But it seems to be only odds above 1.55 are eligible for free bets (multi bets) for all selections:

Have you made some selections randomly for the multi bet? You have chosen the highest possible odds, it means you have gone against the favourite teams. I had placed a bet with $60 possible win, but I have lost it as Japan vs Croatia match has ended as a draw during the standard time. BTW, I won nothing from the 5 free spins.

Don't let these bumpers fool you, Betnomi does not pay out and makes all kinds of excuses to block accounts. For example, my account was closed 2 years ago with 4000 usd in it. Unfortunately the game of Japan vs Croatia ended with 2 goals only in the normal time while I chose over 2 goals.
I was selecting both team to score first but I changed it to over 2 goals for no reason LOL.
