From the very beginning, Betnomi has been known for slowing down payouts. All kinds of excuses have been pulled out of the closet to avoid having to pay out. How can this site keep getting away with it? I would never play here myself, and I actually hoped the customer service would be more professional. Customer friendliness is important and Betnomi has little experience in the market. I still don't understand why they changed platforms, I thought the older platform looked nicer and also radiated more professionalism.

you're 100 percent right. I was owed 100 bucks for a long time before the owner popped up and finally paid me citing "personal reason" which btw was never the reason support gave me. I contacted almost everyday and nothing would budge until I finally talked to peep and the owner paid me out. ALl this over 100 bucks.

That's very priceless coming from a Bitcointalk member who's advertising a scam betting site in his signature.  
Some things members coming up with, you'll only see here on Bitcointalk.  

I also do not agree that he is using the signature of the biggest casino scam in the world and every day I wonder when these 1xbit scammers will be arrested and the site will be closed, but we have to separate things, he is saying something that I have also heard others people complaining about the same subject, I'm not a customer of Betnomi.com so I can't say if he's right or not and only the other complaints are right or not, but when a casino has a lot of complaints, that's not a good thing, and hardly many people will lie, so I think Betnomi.com should strive to make payments fast and without delays, if they do that? so congratulations are in order, but if they are late in payments then they need to change their behavior

Your complaint is one of the many that I have seen in recent weeks, I think the casino needs to improve on some things, they are not a scam, but they still have to improve on this issue of withdrawals, if they have already improved then it is already a good thing, but if they still haven't improved then this will only make a lot of customers stop using the casino, i hope you give them a chance and if they delay your withdrawal again then in that case you can stop using that casino and use another casino

CicadasTR, On 22-09-30 you placed some bets related to the event (Asley Gonzalez Macias - Lourdes Juarez). The bet was settled as returned (voided) on 22-11-01. Betnomi uses data and odds feed from company X (company X handles all bet settlements and calculations). On day z, you contacted our support team to complain about this bet.Our team explained to you that the bet was correctly settled as a returned bet across the entire company X partner network (It is standard practice to return such bets or abandoned matches).

As a show of good faith, we reached out to company X to reverse their decision and resettle the bet as a win and bring the case to an end. However, shortly after this was done, our risk team identified dacat0r0r (your account) as a fraudulent user based on Betting pattern and upon checking activity, it became obvious this is something you has done across multiple sportsbooks.  To remedy the situation, we requested dacat0r0r (your account) complete identity verification.

You provided us with "Bob" as his first name and had "Bobster" on his ID card also, provided "Feb 20, 1234" while the date of birth on your ID card was "Feb 13 1234" (information changed). Due to a mismatch between the information you provided and the information on your ID, our automated identity verification service provider (veriff.com) declined verification. We had to manually correct this information for the verification to be successful, this process took about 2 days which is usually relative to our workload. As for the document confirming the address, we have approved the utility bill you provided, but unfortunately we cannot approve the screenshot of the betting history from some other bookmaker in the form of source of funds.

Clearly, screenshots of winnings are not an acceptable form of source of funds.

There is so much wrong with that, I don't know where to start. But let's try.

1. Betting the same line across multiple books is not fraudulent in any way shape or form. This is a baffling take.
2. You only know I bet it elsewhere because you voided saying "no books have settled" and I proved that was a lie.
3. Good thing I did because they all paid out the night of. 2 months ago. Except Betnomi.
4. Never been asked for proof of funds on a bitcoin deposit ever, and it's bizarre. Nor heard winnings aren't a source.
5. Locking the account without further instructions is strange behaviour.
6. If it's unlocked, can I see my previous bets? Doubt it.

Until no.6 is sorted, this is all moot. I got the feeling of a slow/no pay 2 months ago, and it's been borne out. As transparent as a dark room.

Hey everyone first of all i want to say that after 1 week of searching between crypto sportsbooks i decided to use this one, saw some negative reviews and complaints but as i browsed seems to me like they improved? Quoting myself after 1 week of using Betnomi, my first deposit and bet was lost of 100 USD after that i made another one of 65 and managed to make 1010 USD.

This morning i made a withdraw at 9 AM (from Europe) but the request was pending and i contacted support, they told me
"We may need a few hours to check it. Due to the time zone difference some if our professionals are not online now."
I thought that it gonna take couple of days or they will ask for documents and stuff, but after 2-3 hours it was completed so all those claims made in the past and now are false i guess and if you bet on fair events and odds you wont have any trouble with the payment.

I would not say there is no chance for any website, but I think Betnomi proved they are good and people who abuse any gambling website can't expect to be paid.

Seems like Betnomi team has sent this promotional message to everyone. Your first selection is right, Netherlands has won the match against USA. I have checked my Betnomi Account as well and didn't see any free bet, so I've checked my mail address and we need to activate it in our mail. So, if you check your mail, activate your freebet, you'll get it into your Betnomi Account (could take some minutes until it is activated). At least, it worked for me.  

But it seems to be only odds above 1.55 are eligible for free bets (multi bets) for all selections:






For example: France vs. Poland over 2 at odds 1.44 doesn't work (free bet can't be selected) even when adding more above 1.55 odd bets:



When removing France vs. Poland, freebet is available again.



It's a bit tricky but trying some selections will show which ones are eligible to place on our free bet.
Very nice from Betnomi to add such a feature and distribute some free bets of course.
