What constitutes a fraudulent player though? Because fraudulent is a pretty broad term for this kind of thing. Also, I have seen this "play fair and no one will have a problem" get broken by a lot of gambling sites so I am really anxious if you are going to be able to commit to that because there are a lot of innocent players getting caught in the crossfire if you know what I mean.

I think the choice of bet too

For exemple

Nitrogensport and Stake for many user are the reference but when you bet on live you dont have all bet on over on soccer for example.
You can find many other match to bet on with good odds on Betnomi.

Upon checking their FAQ, this particular requirement seems one of the factors why some players may hesitate to use this platform. Also, some users don't have their passport yet so they will look for other bookies here that don't require KYC. I think, I need to backread to know more about their statement regarding this aspect.

yes, i agree with that. they need to edit that item because for those who are new to betnomi, this may give them reason not to reg. or maybe, they can't remove it because of their gambling license, as part of the requirement. [they can specify that crypto users dont need to go thru kyc, only in case to case basis, esp for high rollers]

Despite this for what reason do you refuse to return the deposit? Objectively this is not your money even. If you closed an account for a player then at least return his money (deposit). Otherwise it is looks like scam in 1xbet/1xbit style.
