IMO, at this point Argentina and Brazil are the favorites to win the world cup. Bookies are giving better odds for the European teams such as England and Germany, because a lot of people bet in favor of these teams compared to the Latin American teams. For me, only Spain and France are capable of winning the world cup from the UEFA. And in case of the latter, there is some overdependence on individual players and the team bonding is not that great. BTW, why no one is considering the possibility of Belgium winning the world cup? Their odds are too low, when compared with England or Spain.

Brazil is definitely a strong candidate. Argentina, Germany, and Spain. That would probably be my top 4 pick for this World Cup.

I don't know how bookie determined the odds for each teams because France as the previous champion should be first favourite but they have high odds than England or Brazil and these two indeed have good achievement before world cup that England play for euro cup final and Brazil as the finalist from Copa America but both of them has been failed to get the trophies and actually my favourite is England but i don't know why seems they never been lucky during play for this tournament although since 1966 England always be participate but their best achievement besides champion is 4th position on 1990 and 2018
