An Arizona state Senator has warned US Attorney General Merrick Garland that he'll 'spend time in prison' if he interferes with the 2020 post-election audit, after Garland announced on Friday that the Justice Department will look into whether any federal laws were broken - and claimed the state was employing 'abnormal' methods.

"Some jurisdictions, based on disinformation, have utilized abnormal post-election audit methodologies that may put the integrity of the voting process at risk and undermine public confidence in our democracy," said Garland.

State Rep. Wendy Rogers pushed back, tweeting: "You will not touch Arizona ballots or machines unless you want to spend time in an Arizona prison," adding "Maybe you should focus on stopping terrorism."

National security apparatus in total panic over election audit results, rising backlash against tyranny and corruption

The national security “deep state” is in an outright panic right now, desperately hoping to criminalize political opponents of the Biden regime before the results of the Arizona / Maricopa County ballot audit are revealed. The hand counting portion of the audit is now complete, and final results are expected in as little as ten days (around June 26th).

Corrupt national security operators know that once the audit results are made public, America will see that around 200,000 ballots are either fraudulent or missing, and Arizona will move to decertify its electoral college votes, thrusting the entire Biden “victory” into question. With audit efforts spreading to other states, it won’t be long before enough states decertify the electoral votes to push Biden below the electoral victory threshold of 270, effectively nullifying the Biden “presidency.”

In order to stop that from happening, it appears the corrupt DOJ and FBI are plotting the largest false flag event in American history as a way to terrorize the nation into obedience while distracting from election audit results. You talk so silly. Of course the Biden hologram is a hologram. And Trump's string-pulling of his Biden puppet has been dramatically increasing, so that Trump may not even have to run in 2024 to be President.

Just to show what is really going on, if the Dems were so sure that Biden had won honestly, why not go along with a recount? I mean, Biden won by a sufficient margin - if the count and voting was honest - then why not allow a recount, and simply laugh at your opponents in all their frantic recounting?

But not only don't the Dems want a recount. They are trying to stop it everywhere as much as possible. Looks like they are saying, "WE'RE GUILTY AS H..., but we are going to try to get away with it as much as we can."

Just look at what Arizona is having to do to stop the Dem criminals.


Arizona GOP Lawmakers Vote to Strip Election Lawsuit Power From Secretary of State Katie Hobbs

The measure, which was contained within a budget reconciliation bill (pdf), seeks to stop Hobbs, a Democrat, from playing a role in lawsuits related to state election rules while giving the attorney general's office "sole authority" to defend Arizona election laws. The bill now heads to the desk of Gov. Doug Ducey, who hasn't signaled opposition to it.

The bill's language regarding curtailing Hobbs's power is "necessary to ensure the faithful defense of the State's election integrity laws and to eliminate confusion created by the Secretary of State about who speaks for Arizona in court," Katie Conner, spokeswoman for Republican Attorney General Mark Brnovich, told the Arizona Mirror. His office also accused Hobbs of filing "politically motivated bar complaints against" his office's lawyers to "target their professional standing and reputation."

The version of the measure that passed on the night of June 24 says the "attorney general has sole authority in all election litigation to direct the defense of election laws, to appeal or petition any decision, and to intervene on behalf of this state at any stage" until Jan. 2, 2023, which is when Hobbs's term ends.

The bill would also bar the attorney general's office from providing legal advice or representing the secretary of state. Hobbs also can't use public funds to hire lawyers relating to election litigation, and additionally limits her to hiring one full-time legal adviser.

There are changes coming around the country, regarding polling areas, and poll watchers. The changes are allowing for more poll watching. While the normal recount process haven't decided if there was a significant amount of election fraud, there was some. The vote isn't in yet.


Over 500 Election Fraud Cases Are Pending In Texas Courts: Attorney General

The attorney general made the announcement after a woman was arrested by the state Election Fraud Unit late last week for multiple counts of election fraud, according to a statement from his office.

"We will prosecute voter fraud every time we find it," Paxton, a Republican, wrote on Twitter over the weekend in reference to the case.

"Currently, our office has over 500 cases waiting to be heard in court."

While Paxton didn't provide any more information about the cases, he said that "voter fraud is real" and that "Texans deserve to know their vote is legally and securely counted."

According to the release from his office, which provided scant details about the case, Monica Mendez was arrested and booked into the Victoria County Jail on June 23. It came after a grand jury returned an indictment on seven counts of illegal voting, eight counts of unlawfully assisting a voter, eight counts of unlawful possession of ballots, and eight counts of election fraud.

Her case, however, wasn't related to the 2020 election, the release said, but to a 2018 local election. The Texas secretary of state referred Mendez to the attorney general's office.

Referring to the Mendez case, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott suggested that his office would continue to pursue laws that are designed to bolster security around elections. The governor several days ago announced a special session of the state legislature to pass a number of measures relating to voter fraud laws, critical race theory, and how the state handles bail bonds.
