Minneapolis Voters Reject Democrat Proposal To Replace Police Department

Here's why Sydney Powell and those others lost their suit. And they probably even knew that there was going to be a difficult time of winning if they even could. But they chanced it. Here it is...

The U.S. Constitution leaves deciding the presidential vote counting methods and operations up to the States. What these States did was to make things like fraud, faulty election review, certain forms of mail-in voting that would normally be considered criminal activity, and a whole bunch of other vote-counting, normally illegal processes, to be the right and proper way to vote and count the vote. Thus they couldn't be considered illegal any longer with regard to the election.

In other words, when you have the right to make the rules, and you make bad things to be part of the rules, Then bad things become the right way to do it. The bad things actually become good things regarding the election.

These attorneys did an outstanding job of stating that the bad things done in the voting were bad things. The one thing they couldn't overcome is that the bad things were made right rules for the election operation... because the Constitution says very clearly that it is up to the States how they handle the presidential elections.

This is the thing that pulls all but a few of the Kraken's teeth.



There is really only one way that SCOTUS can be dragged into overseeing a case like this. One man or one woman (or many individually in separate cases) must file a claim with SCOTUS that he/she was harmed by the way things were handled in his/her State. The man/woman must stand unrepresented in court, and must have detailed particulars... which would be quite easy for loads of people to do.
