Thanks for bumping this thread, I had completely forgotten about this fight, Joshua is the favorite here and I would like for him to win so we can finally see Joshua and Fury going at each other, but Usyk is no going to be an easy opponent as he is the first undisputed cruiserweight champion and he is undefeated, so this has without a doubt the makings of a great fight, I just hope the fight itself lives up to the hype.

This is a very underrated fight I seldom see it in my social media feed I'm subscribed on many sports pages, people are more excited about the Wilder - Fury fight than this fight both Usyk and Joshua are not trash talkers too, there's little hype on this fight it will become a piece of big news only if Usyk beat Joshua the heavyweight boxing world will have a major shakeup if that happens.

I really think that maybe something is wrong with the promotion because I'm really interested in the fight but even I have forgotten when it was going to take place, the Wilder - Fury fight is without a doubt more exciting from the point of view of the boxing fans but is obvious to me that Fury is going to win the fight, there is too little time for Wilder to improve significantly his boxing abilities so I really think that we are going to see a repetition of the second fight, however when it comes to this fight we do not really know what is going to happen, it's obvious that Joshua is the favorite but Usyk is no pushover so it is going to be an exciting fight.

I can't wait for this fight. Many will agree with me that Anthony is the favorite here. I watched more by the fight of Alexander and i like him more and also Alexander is from my country so it is not surprising that i'ill root for him.

Such a great mental concentration on the "next" fight can play a cruel joke on them and they may well lose these "preliminary" battles. I would look with great interest what odds the bookmakers would give that this unification fight will take place. I agree, smart bettors will put huge amount of money on Joshua. But Usyk is no sleeper, he can pull an upset, specially if he hits Joshua hard that will make Anthony think twice.

As we know everything is possible in the world of boxing but I voted for Joshua to win as I want to see a fight between Joshua and Fury, we need an undisputed champion, Joshua has had to fight a lot of mandatory fights to keep his titles so it is obvious he wants this and Fury most likely wants the same, and while a victory of Usyk will without add up to the excitement of the division it would delay or even completely destroy the possibility of having an undisputed champion and this is not something that I want.

Defeating Usyk will be a tough challenge for Joshua but not an impossible one. I agree with you on the part that if Joshua wins it and he plays Tyson Fury, this could be one of the best matches so far. But first, he has to defeat Usyk. Usyk is very good with his strength and I feel like if the fight goes on for a long time, it will only get harder for Joshua. He needs to end the match fast and quick. Otherwise, Usyk will get the better of him and punish him badly.
