I would not put chemical warfare or bioweapons past Putin. In fact, it's perfectly in line with his previous usage of nerve agents to assassinate his political opponents. However, I recall the U.S. vehemently denying funding gain of function research in Wuhan where it turns out they actually did fund experiments with bat coronaviruses. So likewise, I would not put it past the U.S. to have been funding whatever twisted experiments in Ukraine just as they were doing in China. I have yet to see any evidence of this, of course, but it's not a wild theory. It took something like a year before the NIH admitted what was going on in Wuhan.

‘Humanitarian corridors’ leading to Russia or Belarus rejected by Kyiv

Kyiv has rejected an offer from Moscow to create “humanitarian corridors” allowing civilians to flee six heavily bombed Ukrainian cities after it emerged that most of the supposedly safe routes led directly to Russia or its ally, Belarus.

The Russian offer came before a third round of peace talks. The Kremlin spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, said in advance of the discussions that Moscow was ready to halt operations “in a moment” if Kyiv met a list of conditions. These included ceasing military action, changing its constitution to ensure neutrality, acknowledging Crimea as Russian territory and recognising the self-proclaimed republics in Donetsk and Luhansk as independent states.

Russia's fake statements that the United States has some interests here and is developing such weapons are made solely to prepare Russian audience (and perhaps some part of the world community, if they are still counting on their influence) for the possible use of chemical or biological weapons against us. Their experience is full of such precedents. It's time for the whole world to remember: if you want to know about Russia's plans, listen to what it accuses others of.

This is not inhumane. Living as a blind propagandist slave is inhumane. And this is all Russia can offer. They are creating these so-called "humanitarian corridors" solely to film it and show on television how they are liberating the Russian-speaking population from the neo-Nazis. No one who identifies himself as a Ukrainian agrees to use these false proposals. People choose to sit in basements while their homes are bombed, but not go to Russia.

Do you know what happened to the people whom Russia allegedly evacuated from the occupied Donbass and Luhansk 4 weeks ago? They were taken by bus to the Rostov region, in one of the beautiful flourishing Russian town "Red Landing". And threw on the road. People stayed for 3 days in buses and began to return home, because no one wants them there. But not everyone managed to return. The men began to be mobilized (on what damn grounds ) and sent to war against their own country.

The conditions voiced by the shitty Peskov mean the capitulation of Ukraine and the renunciation of its own territories. Is this how negotiations are underway in the "democratic" country of Russia? Is this how the democratic western world reacts to all these ultimatums, threats and the embodiment of these bloody threats? Why the hell Ukraine has to meet these demands if the majestic invincible Russian army is already losing this war to us?

You can't possibly know that. Any chemical/biological weapons facilities are generally going to be kept secret, and wont be known to the general public.

You can literally say the same thing for any country in the world. The last thing anyone is going to publicly admit is "we have chemical/biological weapons facilities here." But, of course, that doesn't mean we should all be paranoid. That doesn't mean we should send hundreds of thousands of troops and invade their country and occupy it, using nuclear weapons to intimidate them into submission. That doesn't mean we should force their people to "buy in" to our authoritarian regime. That doesn't mean we should bomb their cities. That doesn't mean we should kill thousands of people. That doesn't mean we should wage all out war. However, that is exactly what is taking place in Ukraine right now.
