This will clash with BC.  But BC have momentum now.  The good thing about BC is that it gives only proof of stake  1% yearly inflation but compounding. I suggest a graduated inflation of .1% to 1% for 1 year as the coin will need to achieve value before becoming mainstream. This is just my opinion though.

Speak with people in order to create multi pools to create buying pressure. Not only for when PoS comes along but I bet people would prefer creating buy pressure rather that  mining. It will depend on the difficulty. Is it better to mine it or buy it so multi pools should help

In amongst other coin logo's I think it will just blend in. Needs to stand out and catch the eye more. Personal opinion.
