Fenerbahce - Umraniyespor was a pretty interesting game. I was just expecting the home team to win this nicely. But their opponent made even a comeback from a 2-1 disadvantage. The game ended up with a 3-3 draw and it was disappointing for Fenerbahce fans. They were actually looking pretty good but somehow they couldn't show the same performance in this game.

But if I look after this first week, then the current ranking for the top seven teams has a chance to win the title and or compete in that position.

Not the beginning of season fenerbahce team and fans wanted despite being ahead on the first half 2 1 they almost lost the game if it wasn't for  berisha late goal in the 92 minute, fenerbahce players seemed not focused and they were really agressive which is why they had seven yellow cards i think it was a lot of pressure for them.

Here's my analysis of the game. Fenerbahce players were not bad in terms of offense in the field, so they could take advantage of the opportunities anyway, it would have been a complete disappointment if they hadn't scored the goal in 90+2. There are more problems with defense and at the core of the game. And it looks a bit troublesome in my lineup. I think Fenerbahce will get good results if they develop a little more tactics in terms of defense.

Although its totally about team chemistry in the end. Trabzonspor has the best chemistry and nice team. Others are sort of new founded with complete new faces. It is still too early to guess who is gonna win next season.

Fenerbahce was unlucky in favor of the defenders. Ümraniyespor performed better than expected against Fenerbahce as a team that has just entered the Super League. For a team like Umraniyespor who have had good record against Fenerbahce I expected the coach of Fenerbahce to have strengthen the defense line of his team to enable them not to concede goals when they scored goals but the reverse casa was clearly seen in the game. The late equalizer goal that was scored by Mergim Berisha for Fenerbahce didnt come as as surprise to me because at thet moment the players of Umraniyespor were too relaxed to defend a clear chance they had to tan all three points from away match so I believe it was a lucky evening for the home team Fenerbahce to have secured a draw in the game.

Everyone who watches football in Türkiye knows that Ümraniyespor is effective in set balls, but Fenerbahçe's coach doesn't know that. It's a disgrace that they conceded 3 goals at once and at home. They lost 2 points while the other 3 big teams won.
The league is a long marathon and it can be compensated for, of course, but they lost unnecessary points. The person to blame is only Jesus and his crew.

They got 2 goals in extra time in this match and when it comes to luck they are very lucky in this match
But I highlight something else in the game, there were a lot of fouls in this match and 11 of Fenerbache's players who played 7 of them received yellow cards which signify the severity of the game.
I think it can be detrimental if they continue to play in this way, they must try to suppress their discipline in defending because fouls that result in cards will sooner or later harm the club itself.

Antalyaspor match was the first match of the season for Galatasaray. The air temperature was not suitable for the football match. The weather was extremely hot in Antalya. So it was a very difficult game for both teams. But both teams struggled to win. Galatasaray won with the goal of Gomis. Also Muslera had a very good performance last night.

The match was competitive. Antalyaspor players tried their best to get points from the match. They continued to attack until the last minute but failed to earn points. Galatasaray was lucky that Bafetimbi Gomis was able to score a goal in the 90th minute and Galatasaray won the match 1-0. Galatasaray's performance in the previous season was not good, but they started this season with a win. Hopefully this season we will see a consistent performance from Galatasaray.

There is no excuse, even if underrating the opponent, they should have been amazing. Fenerbahce seems to be worth 186 million euros on transfermarkt, and umraniye seems like 8 million, that's 178 million euro difference between both clubs, they shouldn't even be in the same league if you ask me, that's how much the difference is.

At the end of the day, we will see who will do the best in the long run of course, I am sure Umraniye will end up lower in the rankings than Fenerbahce at the end of the season, but this game was 2 points stolen from Fener by a team that is much much smaller, nearly 23 times smaller if I am not calculating wrong, that's a big deal.

I also blame it on coach. Fenerbahçe squad has far more depth than Ümraniye squad. Ümraniye is literally using striker transferred from Luxembourg league. In comparison Fenerbahçe has at least 10s of million euros worth players. I believe they really sucked in match. Seeing 3 goals at your nets at home match against smallest club in the league is impossible to explain.

Fenerbahce was worse and not only they lost 2 points, they also got the draw in the last minute. It was obviously bad coaching. Super League is a unique league. The quality is not good compared to other European Leagues but it is a hard competition. It is easy to lose points for big teams, especially in the last 5 seasons approximately. Even tough Umraniyespor is a new team in the league and considerably weak one, they got a draw from Fenerbahce's home. It is a big deal and a huge negativity for Fenerbahce. These famous and old coaches usually do this. I expect more point loses like this.

I feel like Lucas Torreira left Arsenal to early to join Turkish league. We are used to see Turkish teams getting players from big European teams around age 30 and above. 26 is so young for him. If he plays good football this season I think he may find a chance to return back to Premier League or La Liga or Serie A.
Mertens is bit too old, although Galatasaray may benefit a lot from him as Turkish league is not very competitive.

Fenerbahçe didn't have the best start in the league. It's strange that Arda güler was given the number 10 shirt and didn't play. There are still big deficiencies in the squad. There is clearly a mismatch in defense. Szalai is rumored to leave for 17 million euros. If he leaves, we need another transfer to that area. I still think we need a striker, a winger and a stopper. Especially in these transfers, it should not be late anymore. The fans are getting impatient.

Besiktas finished sixth in the points table last season. And staying in sixth place was also very difficult for them. Their performance was very poor. So they definitely need some talented players if they want to do well next season. Their defence was very poor last season. The defence needs to be strengthened. Nadiem Amiri is a good enough midfielder. Besiktas will surely benefit if they can add Nadiem Amiri to their squad.

Fenerbahçe really surprised me as well. I was hoping to see them winning against Ümraniyespor. But they came across a really strong resistance. I didn't like Gustavo Henrique's performance at all. He has been criticised by many people after the match. He was too slow to return to the defense which left the team in trouble from time to time. This result is unacceptable for Fenerbahçe but it is still early to judge Jorge Jesus too of course. The fans should be patient to see how much Jesus will be successful this season.
