Manchester United lost tonight but Amad got a goal and an assist that's all what I want, I don't care if united can win those games or not I just want Amad attacking points.

If you don't have transfers or money in the bank then you shouldn't tear up your team just to get Amad. Especially if you already have Rogers who is perfectly fine as bench material.

Taking Amad means you can probably fit a Salah/Palmer/Haaland combo that is otherwise extremely difficult to do.

5-6mil players that are constantly getting points are a must - and Amad looks like the best buy currently.

I get Amad a few rounds back and he is paying off very well.

But the problem with all Manchester United players remains the same, and is the team, they are still in a poor performance, so you cant trust or rely so much on them.

Amorim  dont find yet the team, and he only took a win against City because of a big mistake made by City players.

You have Amad already, like you have said; are you trying to advise others not to get him? I don't think most of us will listen; we may like to enjoy the same points you have been reaping from Amad even with the inconsistent performance and never knowing what to expect from Manchester United.

You literally took the words out of my mouth, I really thought I was going to bank my transfer for this week as well, then I'll have 3 free transfer going forward, but I've been stuck on the FPL portal for about 1 hour 30 minutes now, trying to figure out how best to bringing Isak for Cunha without giving up Mbeumo, the only way to do with just the 2 transfers I have is to give up Gvardiol and I can't get another a player worth than 4.4m, the closest I'd have love to get is worth 4.6m. If only I have up 4 transfer I can get value off players like my second GK and Rogers.

Why would anyone want Haaland right now? He is nowhere near his transfer value right now.

I have Saka, Salah, and Palmer right now. If I wanted to get Haaland, I'd sell Jackson and downgrade Saka to some 8.0 midfielder.

You would need Trofo or Icopress to clear on that but, my take has always been, the point gets deducted from the current GW and that’s it. It applies to your total points too but, there isn’t any double deduction if that’s what you’re implying.

This isn’t the Manchester City Pep built or hoped it to be. The team doesn’t know what they are doing anymore and have lost its magic. Series of injury and no definite strategy in the way they approached games has caused there fall. As it is, it seems they wouldn’t be coming back from this any time soon.

When you take a hit, points get removed in that GW. And it is actually official, just the app shows info in bad way. For instance if you check your cup score you will see points are removed there as well. In other words if you take 4 hits, you start that GW with -16. Very simple and always has been like that.

Oterwise people would just use transfers to have the best team every week.

I don't understand the rest of your question. You pay for transfers once, in the GW you made them.

How did I miss Isak on this round again! This is sick!!
The price was too cruel to me in this, had to run a few uncomfortable transfers, taking points hits just to accommodate Isak and with the slightest idea of discomfort, I cancelled all to test out the GW with my team unchanged and then this,,, Isak gets a brace in the first half and added one more, bringing it to a hat trick minutes into the second half!!! I missed this one and it sure feels terrible.
I knew he would perform well against Ipswich but, didn’t see the hat trick coming. Would be looking up to Cunha to not make me well the weight of this decision.

Damn you Foden, killed Konsa's clean sheet and four points with it. Usually feel confident when I have one defender with 6 or more points, but maybe he gets a bonus point, to soothe my salve. Gvardiol off my books also really a good move, he's been delivering 2 or less points for weeks now.

Anyway what advice would you give me to use my Wild card? First one expires soon. I have 4 free transfers. 0.3m in the bank. Or do I just let WC expire, and then if I really need the manager chip, then use it early, sell complete fringe players on my bench and then when the chip's done, use up transfers to retain original team?

I don't know how you've survived so far without using your wildcard, your team surely doesn't look like that of someone who hasn't used a wildcard at all, I'd say if it's not broken then don't try to fix it, If you're however looking to make 2-3 transfers then it's only advisable to make use of your wildcard and not let it go to waste since using it wouldn't reset your free transfer to zero like previous seasons.

Not seeing the Arsenal game but saw from livescore that Saka was substituted due to an injury, does anyone know how severe the injury could be ? If I'd need to transfer him... Too bad for me, I have Rogers on the bench while Mbeumo and Saka both getting a blank, would have been great if either of them didn't play at all and I get that auto-sub

The only way I won't be furious about subbing Rodgers for Amad is if he scores a goal and two assists tomorrow. A goal and an assist against City is an incredible performance; the only good thing is that most managers left him on the bench.

Saka hamstrings looks very serious, he could be missing out for the entire Xmas and possibly most part of January. Finally going to get Isak.

Yeah, it looks like he could be out for a month, if not more, he also had that hamstring issue last season, I saw a tweet a while ago showing him Crystal Palace on crutches

If not for anything my two transfers used this week has got to be one of the best for me this season; I did Cunha and Gvardiol for Isak and Dan Burn; Isak with haul and Dan Burn with a cleansheet, it could have been even better if Burn's goal wasn't ruled offside.

I subbed Martinelli for Amad and Martinelli scored and this made me mad,but the even worst thing is i put Aina on the bench and he scored a goal plus a clean sheet. My luck is so bad in this fantasy that i dont know what to do anymore. Was thinking of getting Murphy or Isak and they both did amazing. If Amad dosent do something crazy tommorow im gonna be really mad at myself.
