Wasn't able to do any transfers, and the worst I feared happened: My City assets were rotated, Haaland (captained) played barely any minutes) so wasted chance there to cap Semenyo. And Liverpool lost badly. And this of course happened when I managed to switch Alisson with Dubravka, who did well. 13th position now, with 5 Free Transfers, I'm just playing catch up here.

It is no longer feasible to keep Haaland at £15.1 million in my team when he does not produce results on an almost weekly basis. I think that money could be spent better elsewhere therefore I have removed him from my team. Sure, there will be games when he will score plenty of goals and accumulate many points (and I might even regret the decision) but that is part of the process.

It is not easy to leave out certain players but during the course of the season we all have to make tough decisions. Maybe it is getting close to the point when the chips are going to be used too.

If managers that are languishing mid-table (and have very little chance of catching up with the leaders) do not take chances with transfers, they will never be able to make up for lost points. If the transfer work, you are called a genius but if they fail to bring points you have regret.

Not too many good fixtures for the other options except you're getting Pedro for Chelsea upcoming fixtures. If you're chasing ranks, this is the best time to jump the knife. Too many differential options.

I decided to drop Neto in order to add Pedro therefore am still keeping three Chelsea players in my team. I will end up using the chips soon, it is just a matter of time

The only one that makes any sense as a 3rd guy is Sanchez - but I really don't want to spend transfers (and money on top) on a GK.

Who am I missing? Palmer is out and everybody else is a rotation risk.

Manchester United somehow how always play well against the big teams and they lure you to get them double or even triple up depending on the fixtures, only to burn your arse when they please mediocre teams, but as for now after their next I might decide to go for Bruno he's still the only 90 minutes guarantee asset and except when injured find different ways to earn the points, Mbeumo looks very promising too, if only he's getting more than 69-70 minutes (call me greedy), Dorgu who seemed to a guy Carrick likes would have been the perfect third wheel from a price stand point, but I can't waste another transfer on him, I barely got him out before Amorim was fired, and my 3 defense line looks pretty confirmed for the next 8-9 fixtures except an injury shows up.

I'm in the same boat but I feel like doing -4 in this round anyway - too many teams having big fixture swings.
If Palmer was healthy it'd probably be him. Considering that we're not sure that he's injured, I won't go with Neto or Joao Pedro because they are much shittier picks with him around.

Might try with Cucurella, but then again - Chelsea's defence isn't really something where you'd want to double up.

I have Chalobah and seriously That’s enough for me because even if I am adding any Chelsea player it will be Enzo Fernandez who is taking more attacking position now with Rosenior looking to have Santos in the mix and also Enzo is on set pieces with Palmer in and out of the team and that’s that for me. A Chelsea attack isn’t tempting now.

Yes go for Mbeumo coz it’s Carrick on the Wheel. Seriously Manchester United have good fixtures coming on with this new manager bounce frenzy still on it would be not bad getting many points of certain players like Bruno, Dorgu and Cunha. More so defensively they are looking to improve too. Next five games will seriously be an interesting games for the devils

I hope everyone buys into us so I can hedge against the majority of the pool starting next GW - one thing you don't know about Chelsea is that no one knows where our next goal will come from. With the team we have, there is no guaranteed starter up front. Sometimes the owners decides who starts - Liam is just a placeholder with nice suit and glasses.

Palmer unavailable, Estevao getting sub here and there, Pedro and Delap not knowing who's starting next game.

Dorgu is out for at least 4 GWs- Gunha and Mbeumo can now start together.

That really is the frustrating part. If you leave a player out and that player accumulates many points, it will play on your mind for a long time. I think every manager has probably made a similar mistake and then regretted it later but there is never any way to rectify the situation and get back points that you have already lost.
