Gabriel's is a tricky one, adductor. Could be a week and could be 5, and you guys will never really know how long it will take.

Semenyo isn't injured, he left the Ghana camp to propose to his girlfriend - no sign of injury lol. Gabriel is confirmed out for at least 1-2 months. Good for our derby, bad for my FPL ( financially)

Gameweek 12 starts on Saturday. The final matches of the last international break for this year were played yesterday, that is of course if you do not count the African nations cup that is starting on the 21st of December. So managers with African players would have to put that into consideration.

Gabriel is injured, I am worried that he will not be able to play.

Gabriel is out for sure, but i don't think there is any certainty on exactly how long he will be out for. I would not consider taking him completely out of my team just yet, i would keep him on the bench and see how things develop.

Personally, I would like to wait until the last possible moment before selecting my team. The problem with that preference is that I have missed the 90 minute deadline on several occasions and that has cost me a lot of potential points. For the games taking place this weekend on Saturday 22nd November, I will try to finalise my selections by Friday night at the latest.

That's true... but I'd rather the official warnings were real. Because Gabriel and Semenyo are the ones who ruin my rating every time they score. If their injuries are confirmed, I think I'll gain an advantage because there will be big sales... and even if they return, buying them back will be problematic because the sellers will lose 50% of their value (from the moment the prices change).

Btw, I saw the price of my team today... 104.3 (according to my calculations, you'll be behind by 0.1 million).

Exactly. No reason for FPL to suddenly start becoming accurate. And on that note, Gabriel with a 75% chance of playing seems to be confirmed to miss games. So I've swapped him out for.... Van Diiiiijk! Terrible decision probably, but I can live with it. I should probably wait a couple of days before making my changes but I know I will miss the deadline if I don't do it today.

I also think he can be benched because overall he has performed well during this whole period. And I don’t believe he’s out for long, maybe just for one gameweek. It won't matter much since we can literally set up our teams without the likes of Salah, Palmer and Saka this season - this saves us a lot of money and give us more room to rotate even with 101-102m team value.

The only one going out is Gabriel, no one is selling Semenyo and we all have enough money in the bank to get him back when he returns

No way I am calculating that So far it was good for me but I will now take the loss on Gabriel and probably on Semenyo/Senesi somewhere in near future.

I think all of those will be fine soon. If not for this GW then for next which means it is probably ok to bench instead of selling. That being said Palmer should be back so Enzo is maybe a sell no matter what. Not a priority sell but sell as soon as we want a new mid.

It looks like he really picked up an injury but it wasn't a serious one. Seeing that photo of him on Instagram made me relieved after.    He didn't leave Ghana early due to injury thankfully!

This is the issue mentioned above: the reliability of the percentages in the Apps is far lower than it should be. In fact, I've allowed myself to carry a few injured players—but that's a luxury the top teams simply cannot afford. You have to handle this like the mafia: you need to call up Semenyo and ask him directly. We have to go straight to the source itself.

I really don't feel that people would go with both Gabriel and VVD. You had plans to do it, but most don't have the money to pull it off.
This is a part of the season in which I think Arsenal concedes, meaning that those that had Gabriel now switch to VVD - meaning that I'm stuck with Timber (who will concede) against VVD (who won't) instead of Gabriel.

Therefore it is me that needs to go for VVD - and use 2 transfers as well.

I do plan to do it next week, so I just hope VVD doesn't score against Forest - because that will be 10 points differentiator I can't cover in this GW.

Enzo Fernandez is back and healthy, according to Maresca, so i would still hold on to him. I am yet to see any confirmed news on Semenyo, would he be fit and available to face West Ham tomorrow?

That's the worst injury anyone could sustain, and it's really bad for someone like him who has been out since GW 5, just to return and get wounded again in his own house. It's bad news for our forthcoming fixtures.

Semenyo wasn't spotted anywhere in training so I'm just gonna wait till tomorrow before deadline to understand his situation better- I've sorted Burn and Gabriel.
