I’ve gone for some risky plays in Pot B. I’m quite far behind and the guys who do well in this format seem to be the risk takers. Going for the obvious plays doesn’t do you any good with regards to standing a chance at a paid spot.

SuperBru Pot A is the opposite though, obviously gone for more predictable outcomes there

I think City will beat Feyenoord to be honest but it will be a brief reprieve before Arne Slot’s machine gets hold of them at the weekend.

I really couldn’t find an decent risk in Pot B, perhaps I’ll have a thorough look at the options again before the deadline, but I just made my selections for the SuperBRU side of the pot and it feels much more easier with the choices I’ve both for the draws and the slight underdogs, or maybe I should look to replicate my choices for the underdogs in Pot B as well.

I agree. The odds are not that great although if put together and divided by a few points each the over 3.5 goals is quite a safe way to go I would say. I don't know what I will do as I am going to post them now and I have gone for those 8 to 12 odds, sometimes going for a surprise result like that of Slovan Bratislava and alike teams like Feyenoord or other teams who can make an upset and many over 6.5 and up odds relatively 8 or near it. I just need 2 out of 10 games to hit to consider the round a good one as normally I and no one else expect many games to hit with that odds but let's how it goes, this for Pot B, for Pot A just normal recommended results from many prediction websites as I am to bored to put them myself.

I was just talking with @KTChampions about the Liverpool Real game and he made me realize that its not as straightforward as it may seem.

Initially, I thought. Both teams will not be at full strength, considering Alisson is a major hole for me, I am actually surprised Liverpool are still so good in keeping goals out without him. For me Real have their most important pieces and no Vini is actually a blessing. But Mbappe form is shit, so I thought Liverpool would tear them apart.

But now if Liverpool want to beat City to make sure they are SO far behind, maybe they think we don't need to win this game We're already top.

Odds in this question is 3.6 but right now odds is 4x++ is that too good to ignore for Real??

Liverpool - Real is most difficult game to predict. I thought for a while while making predictions. Maybe Liverpool looks as slight favorites, but knowing Real's mentality in CL, it's hard to go against them.
Will watch least interesting game Barcelona - Brest on main screen, but there is plenty of interesting games on same time. Like Sporting or Arsenal. Or Bayern - PSG is always interesting. And finally City - Feyenoord. Will City will win finally? Feyenoord isn't easiest opponent, but I don't see them loosing 6th time in a row.

I initially had Atletico Madrid Under 2.5 goals for 4 stakes, I think but, I dodged a huge bullet with that one going for a win instead with 4 stakes and diverted the remaining stakes elsewhere, seeing Atletico Madrid score 6 goals feels surreal, I don't if there was an option for that much goals and if anyone was able to benefit from it.

I did the same but I have gone for over a lot of goals and got that 13 odd of Feyenoord based on Manchester City poor performances in a row so far in the Premier League and even last time around here against Sporting so what do I know. I expect about 0 points this time around again and the teams are not putting up a good show, sure for betting if we have gotten for over 2.5 goals we could have made some nice amount of money and even over 4.5 goals in these first two games of the night. Plenty more action to come in the upcoming games starting almost now though, it looks like a not very good night for both Pot A and B for me up until now yet I don't care, in Pot B I have decided all or nothing this season.

I actually had few points on Bayern Munich- PSG no goal then changed it like few hours before it started. Its pretty hard to imagine any fixture will have no goal on it but I guess some people wont stop hunting for those

Meanwhile I got 4 points on Sporting to win, this is a dud that I took lol. Another realistic bet that I had is Barcelona under 2.5 goals so currently I need Brest to hold their formation for another 25+ minutes for me to win

Well I got only two right with over 5.5 in Atalanta game and over 3.5 in Sporting game and I am happy to not pay a -5% penalty this week either, not the best of them I must say, relatively happy though as I have another two games tomorrow which I can try to get some more points, quite highly unlikely but it may happen a big over 6 in both Dinamo Zagreb game and also in Real Madrid game, we will have to see. It is becoming interesting in the rankings as some guy who may have gone all stake of 10 points for example in Atalanta game would have made quite a big number of points clearly increasing his chances, I will make sure to try such thing next match day maybe.

You did well as you hit that right. I had 1 stake on them too but for Feyenoord to win and they were not far from it. Overall a super wonderful night for people who have bet and all the games were won by the favorites except Manchester City which is clearly in a huge crisis right now and I think this will spill into the Premier League once again as they are playing away this weekend if I recall correctly. I hope they are not playing Liverpool as they will crush Manchester City with ease but maybe they will get tired from the game of tomorrow against Real Madrid so anything can happen, the end is that Manchester City most probably ruined the night for many bettors and I had them to win the first half which they did fortunately.

Damn, City just wasted 3 goals lead. I already thought that they're back on track, but wasting 3 goals lead in 15 minutes. 6 games without a win in a row. And it's before game with Liverpool.
So disappointed about Sporting, they had no chance against Arsenal, 1:5 at home. Somehow I think that such result wouldn't have happened under Amorim.
And Atalanta this season is one of the most fun teams to watch. Scoring 6 goals away in Champions league isn't something what even powerhouses do often. Even if it's just against Young Boys.

I thought I went crazy with my predictions in this round until I saw these crazier ones. I know City has been shitty lately but a draw after losing 0-4 to Tottenham in domestic league and everyone was expecting them to win and they were doing seemingly well being 3-0 up  then lost their lead.

Or arsenal game with 6 goals. Insane UCL night. It looks like from MD5 to MD8 will be filled with action as teams race to get a straight ticket to round of 16.

I have a small stake on Sturm Graz/Girona to end goalless as well, some I probably wouldn't mind that happening, I really hate City losing points in that game from a really comfortable stand point, and I lost 1 really important point for that game, just imagine using that match as fall back to prevent incurring the -5% penalty only for it to blow up in your face.

I would think I was off to a good start before Man City decide to give a handful players a huge leap with that draw, and it cost me 1 points, which is important for me since I couldn't find any really risk-worthy odds to back, and had to settled for the conservative approach, I figured 15-20+ points (If I'm able to get it) would be good enough for me for each round I choose to play the less risky approach until I find some good risks to chase.

Anybody knows the odds on a draw at 3-0?

Especially since they conceded the first goal in the 75th minute, Should around something > ∞ but, bookies I know never seem to go past 100x odds for live bets even when they're almost impossible to win, so I'd not be surprised if that was valued around ~20-30x Odds.

I'm not sure if it's true but I've seen two guys on X claim that the odds went as high as 1000 at some point:



We have an upper band limit so that even if it didn't hit 1000, we atleast know it was super high. Imo, 200-300 odds because City was up 3-0 at Etihad and Haaland was close to getting his hattrick. Who would've thought?

When a team is up at 3 - 0 and I read it was until 74th minutes then having an odd of 1000 for the other team to win or even to draw is normal. Most of the bookies even suspend the win-draw-win market.

By the way, when I picked 1 - 1, it seems I was right with my gut feeling :-D
