It was a combination of both. City actually scored more than their xG, so Feyenoord also doing that was about a fair result for the draw. But this was Pep's fault, quite honestly. He made a host of changes to defend the lead with 20 minutes of regular time to go, the shape changed, and the Dutch smelled some panic. When you decide to Pusey up in defence, you pay the price... I can't be the only one enjoying this lengthy moment of misery for Citeh can I?

This is not the same case with Salah, who we knew as one of the stars of football. Salah has a great performance within the team because he is able to achieve harmony with the rest of the players, which ensures a high performance for the team as a whole. But when he plays with his national team, Egypt, we do not notice the same performance, because simply the level of the rest of the players is very far away, and it can be said that their performance is very poor to be able to play in good coordination with a player of Salah's level of efficiency. A fairly satisfying result Real Madrid were defeated at Anfield, fans love the Arne Slot era.
For a while Liverpool won all the UCL matches, which is fantastic.

At least there are still substitutes, but the news is that TTA is ready to play against Manchester City, we have confidence in winning again at Anfield.

I hope Trent looked at that game yesterday and felt that Real is just a pile of big names tossed together. Yeah, they are the biggest team in Europe that dominated CL recently. But they are also a team that often gets things wrong in the market and than makes drastic changes.
There are no second chances there, and this team looks bad to be totally honest. Smart call would be to extend with LFC, we can then sell him to them for 100 mil when they get a bit better again

Looks like Liverpool is the greatest team in Europe so far, they are doing well everywhere they play, at home, outside home, outside England, they just don't care and they keep winning games, normally they are at the first place though Inter Milan is the team who have scored 7 and conceded 0 goals which for me says a lot too. This new format despite being very boring at least it gives us a lot of diversity to all the teams playing as they don't keep playing each other like the old format so maybe once we get used to it we will love this new format even more. Liverpool is surely in the next phase already as they have all wins in the 5 games they have played here and most likely they are going to easily win the Premier League also, one year that is good to be a Liverpool fan.

Haha, sorry about your pot B picks for MD5. I missed the first two match days for Pot B and got hit with -5% fine so I'm working my way to the top of the table.   

For MD5 round, I just went with 3 picks and max bet my points on them. I think it's much more rewarding to just go for 1-3 matches with mega odds and just max bet on them rather than spreading everything across the board and hoping for the best because there would always be upsets.

Imo, any odd less than 1.5 is just a waste like that Barcelona straight win option.

The 5% penalty doesn't seem like much now but it is compounding, so maybe I can afford 1 more before I have to be more careful.

If you get 100 points, 5% is 5 points tho, so I would say the risk is only happening if you have > 100 points.

So if you bet like you and me and we get a bad streak, we end up not with 0 points but -15 points.

I didn't even know I did that well (Won the YC) until your tagged, I really didn't check the table or my result after the matches had ended, I only would have when making my next round selections, I guess I said it earlier after making my picks that I felt somewhat confident with my decision if only my round result there could have worked for POT B as well especially my draw call on Juventus, Celtic's fixtures. I had 3 exact scores and missed only 4 selections in total...

Okay, that's it; it was fun while it lasted, but I'm not going back to Quansah, who got me into a lot of trouble earlier this season; I'm just going to remain without any Liverpool backline assets until Konate returns.

Ancelloti stated in his interview today that Real Madrid would reach the CL final this season; he sounds so certain for a team on the verge of elimination that I'm starting to wonder whether the CL is scripted. Such a bold statement.
