It's like we are seeing the same scenario for two seasons especially.

Some big teams are unexpectedly eliminated in the Champions League and they continue on their way in the Europa League. This time there are teams like Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Juventus and Ajax for example. Atletico Madrid might not even qualify for the Europa League though depending on the results on the final week. There is Sevilla there also but I don't see it interesting because they are known by the Europa League more actually. Because they won the title there so many times. 

Should we say football is revolving, the small teams are stepping up there games. Clubs like club Brugge and Napoli have been serious dark horses this season, should we say the idea of super league by top teams actually made the small teams up there game.

For Barcelona i am not surprised that they got kicked out from the Group as there was very good teams beside Viktoria Pilsen.

Should I say I was a bit surprised to see been relegated to the Europa league considering there squad and also signings they did this season. The battle was actually between inter and Barca on who to finish second because we all know Bayern had the top spot secured. I was actually expecting inter to get relegated to UEL because of there last 3 season performance in champions league.

It was a pleasure to see PSG at work this week. They now also have a good coach who can get along well with his players. You see a lot more fun with Messi, Neymar and Mbappe. To score 7 goals is quite decent, even if they didn't play against a very strong team. They are the big favorite for the title in my opinion, but there are more teams. Last year they also had great opportunities but they had a lot of bad luck against Real Madrid. I don't see them winning this year but you don't know, the ball is round. Barcelona needs to quickly get the team in composure, because it seems the pattern of play during Messis presence has been modified to suit the new players present. It was quite disappointing to have been knocked out of the Champions league after showing so much promise. It is clear how the person of Jessi hugely imparted the performance of the  team. They would have to slug it out along side Arsenal. I hope they perform better, else this will become a rising struggle for a big team.
On the other hand, PSG  is one. team with hopes of clenching the title. That is, if they maintain their recent scoring. and playing form.

Matteo's goal in the 22nd minute tied the match at 1-1, but Frankfurt scored another goal just 5 minutes later to go ahead 2-1. But I expected to see a few more goals in the second half. But despite several good second-half attacks Marseille was unable to score again and lost the match. But Group D turns out to be very interesting. Four teams still have equal chances to qualify for the next round.

Having said that, i am pretty sure quite a lot of Barcelona players will be distraught at their current situation, many of them didn't sign for Barcelona to play in the Europa League, the Barca hierarchy themselves will be absolutely disappointed, but it is what it is, and they have to challenge for the titles they are in, and the Europa League is now one of them.

They can't compete with Bayern Munich and also Inter Milan so they should be eliminated more quickly in the Champions League this season. Disappointments will certainly exist, but if they drag on in disappointment it will be bad for the club. They should take this as a lesson and improve themselves more in the future. You could say they failed miserably in the Champions League this time because they only tasted victory against the weakest club in the Champions League, they could not beat the 2 strong clubs in this group.

In the early matches, it seemed that they did not want to linger and immediately kicked off at the beginning so this was indeed quite exciting to watch, especially with 27 minutes 3 goals could happen, it was really a very good game.

The Champions League title will be hard to obtain this season. Most favourite teams form is quite similar and a surprising defeat will occur at any moment.
I am curious about Group D and the ranking of some teams but also about the face to face between the 16 teams. I think City, Real Madrid, PSG and Bayern will keep moving unless facing each others. For Napoli I don't think they will go very far although they have a good performance this season.

But they have a different style of managing a club.

They are just as strong, D group filling by clubs who not determined by domination and power like other groups, so the club who able to the next round will determine in the last match. Everything will happen, Spur can be eliminated while Eintracht can be a champion group, so on, but still who able to maintain the performance is the winner, which I can't see also Spur and Marseile, if lost then they have to say good bye.

What you say is more logical, but I doubt Tottenham's performance for the last game in the Champions League group because they lost their last two matches in the Premier League. And Tottenham's last opponent in the Champions League group was Marseille which was also not so bad in Ligue 1, so the match between Marseille vs Tottenham will be very exciting considering that Marseille will also try their best to win in their last match in the Champions League group.

It would all be so much simpler if Harry Kane's stoppage time winner against Sporting had counted. They had games where they would’ve won but ended up getting draws from those games. Now as it is, Tottenham will travel to Marseille but in a situation where all four teams can still qualify. They just have to beat Marseille and maintain the top of the group to avoid been drawn against they the big guns. But I know Marseille will also want to qualify and it will be a difficult game for Tottenham.
