Yes but the second game against Liverpool wasn't really representative of how well in shape Napoli is. They were totally ok with losing that game 2-0 as they knew they would still take the first spot in the group, so why go all out and risk more than you actually have to? It was still a good enough performance to secure the group stage win and that was their main goal during that game. It is also not to forget that they have beaten Ajax Amsterdam 6-1 in an away game.
