Anybody who has been following the Liverpool and Real Madrid match would know that they deserve to lose this match. My yesterday's post angered several people when I predicted that Liverpool will lose to Real Madrid, and I simply had to giggle since from their answers it was all emotional to me. The second leg will be a fire that Liverpool may not be able to hold because of today's result. In fact, Liverpool should have maintained that 2-0 lead they had as an opportunity to play the rest of the game as a defensive match, but they were totally ignorant that Madrid was this ready to squash them at every slide.

The second leg of the game is the game to look out for now. It would be a pretty interesting and difficult match for Liverpool as they would be trying so hard to cover up the goals that they had conceded. They had started this first leg with so much confidence and energy, scoring two early goals in the process. If only they could have held them till perhaps the half time, they could regroup, re-strategize and might have actually won the game. I noticed they had some ball possession but couldn’t find the back of the net. I don’t want to think that they had underestimated Real Madrid cause obviously, Madrid is a formidable team. Great game for Real Madrid and a very good win.

By the way, Liverpool is in a similar situation, but they have a systemic crisis and they really need a restructuring. In the case of Napoli and Frankfurt, we simply have two teams of a different class.

As we all know Napoli is a great team with quality players who are currently in good form,so I expected napoli to win this game before and that is what happened.napoli played a better football and have good chances but with was only two chances was able to be converted goals. I seriously love their playing pattern especially that their front line they always quickly respond to ball will good attacks. So this is a great victory for Napoli today, and I believe this will be a great advantage for them over their return leg.

I can openly admit that I took on a bet against my friend and he offered me some amazing odds when I bet that Liverpool is going to win with 2+ goals and Frankfurt is not going to lose. When someone offers you great odds you start talking yourself into it literally!

But seriously, I think that was the beginning of the end for Klopp now. Or maybe said differently, the end of the end. The beginning of the end is their performance in the Premier League. Now losing 2:5 in a home game after a lead with two goals, I am shocked and Klopp is probably, too.

Frankfurt vs. Napoli was just a demonstration that Napoli works like a perfect engine. They exactly know what to do, how to change positions or hold positions. Perfect game even when they missed a penalty.

After the 2 goals of Liverpool I thought it was a lost match for Real Madrid, and a lost bet for me, but it was an amazing match, 100% champions league, unfortunately it was round of 16, that kind of match we usually see at quarters or semi-finals, incredible.

On like you, I would want to talk myself out frm taking the bet, not except I've got that assurance from my guts and the teams to which am supporting are the better side in that fixture. Being offer an outrageous odd would immediately make me ask myself; what is it that he knows and I don't know? Is there a top man on the bench, perhaps suspened or have been injured during the training? Questions such as these would cloud my mind and in a way, am likely not going to take the bet. Rather, I'll enjoy the game by just watching and not having to favour any team.

Definitely something anyone would do but, against Real Madrid in the UCL.. Real Madrid is the UCL and they've had a come back at the least possible time with a big team to get back into the league. I wouldn't let my adrenalin get the better of me should I bet against Real Madrid.

Last year in the UEFA Champions League game we kept ahead of Liverpool but unfortunately at the last minute Vini. Liverpool were defeated by Junior's goal. Exactly the same result today, with Liverpool ahead in the stats but beaten at the last minute. Liverpool started with two goals in 4 and 14 minutes but Real Madrid started to flood from 21 minutes and Real Madrid beat Liverpool 5-2 at the end of the game. There is no technical issue at work here rather Liverpool have not been performing very well for several matches.

Real Madrid seem to understand the Champions league better than every team, they might not be doing well in their domestic league but when it comes to the Champions league they never fail to deliver. They came from behind 2 goals down and still beat Liverpool at home. I am not convinced with the way play but they always win anyways. Its clear Liverpool won’t make it past this stage of the competition.

Napoli on the other hand was great even though their opponent is not as strong but its a good win for rhe club, it will help them maintain the momentum and winning spirit. Napoli is having a great season winning matches back to back and Victor Osimehn can’t stop scoring at the moment. I hope they can keep winning even when they face thougher opponents.

Yeah i really felt for jorgen kloop and his boys tonight. Liverpool are in really big shit and they have been struggling to come out of this devastating form but the more they try the harder it keeps getting and the worst part of tonights game is that they actually lead by two goals to nothing but all of sudden they let Real Madrid back in the game although it was one of the best games i watched so far in this years champions league but still feel sad for jorgen kloop. Liverpool will need to perform the wonders Barcelona did when playing with psg few seasons back by defeating psg a massive 6-1
scoreline after loosing to same psg 4-1 in the first leg of play, which amounted to a 6-2 Victory in aggregate in favor of the Spanish giants. With the current situation at Liverpool its very unlikely to see them removing Madrid in the competition.

although I had predict that Liverpool would suffer defeat. but the defeat by 5 goals was surprising. actually Liverpool since getting 2 goals they have not changed their strategy to become defensive. they remain active in carrying out attack strategies. and this is where the error occurs. because Real Madrid has a pretty good attack line. so that in the first half Real Madrid were able to equalize the score. and in the second half Real Madrid was able to add another 3 goals to the lead. However this result exceeded what I expected.

incredible, I was expecting a very close match and I blindly believed that Liverpool and Real Madrid would not go beyond the draw so as to play for access to the quarterfinals at the bernabeu in the return match. but already after 5 minutes the goals began to emerge.. I'm half happy because I had bet both teams on goal/goal, with over 2.5 or 3.5 I would have won more, but that's okay

I would say the game is pretty much over and the game won by Real Madrid. The score line now stands at Liverpool 2 to Real Madrid 5 and going into the 86th minute.  I think Real Madrid is the better team as they’ve utilized their chances and despite being two goals down initially, they pressed on, equalized on the goals and are now leading them by 3 goals. I would say that’s pretty impressive. Liverpool is at this moment being owned and I can almost feel sorry for them losing at such a margin and on your home ground too. It can’t get any worse than this. Or can it?

Liverpool suffered a heartbreaking 2-5 defeat to Real Madrid at Anfield. I don't think Liverpool will concede any more goals like this after trailing by two goals. Liverpool, what a dreadful performance. I don't think Liverpool has a chance in the Champions League this season again. Real Madrid is a experienced champion league the team and always shows it every season. I won't be surprised if they make it to the final round because I can see how determined the team are.but why is Real Madrid weak in their laliga competition, Seriously I don't why? Or should Real Madrid forget about laliga trophy and concentration on champions league trophy because I don't think they can meet up with points gap between them and Barcelona.

Liverpool's performance was actually shit. The bookmakers were giving advantages by putting more odds into the real madrid. Glad to see that picking madrid is worthy it in the last match between liverpool and madrid. It's not about where the club will be playing on but it's about how good mentality from the clubs. Madrid is having better mentality rather than liverpool. Benzema two goals, Vini two goals. What a worst defense by liverpool.

Madrid may be expected to be winning UCL again this season considering its performance was so crazy. Madrid goes back on the right track. Even without la liga. Madrid can still achieve treeble winner. What a great day for madrid.

So this was the end of Liverpool season,they are out of the Champions League and also they are not looking good in the Premier League either,I played them double chance and I lost my bet although that when I saw 2-0 within 15 minutes I thought Liverpool is going to crush Real tonight but I don't know what happened that they lost it completely.Most likely it is because Real Madrid is out of the title fight in the La Liga and their only motivation and full focus is here on the Champions League and also because during this whole season has never been consistent enough.

Napoli is really in great form and I guess a lot of people saw their win coming from a mile ahead. Napoli has been in great form and is presently at the top of their domestic league.

What a great day for napoli. Osimhen again and again. This guy is actually beast as a striker. The first goal is so good caused by osimhen was taking the right position. Osimhen may able to bring back the golden era for napoli again.

Im so glad to see that if napoli won easily against frankfurt. Napoli is actually black horse in UCL right now. It will compete with a great club like real madrid. I hope that napoli can face real madrid in the quarter or semi final.
