I see that Milan's winning odd is dropping by a little in time. They are getting more favourite against Tottenham in San Siro. It is actually interesting while Milan aren't having good days either. They won their last match and it should be some morale for them of course. But still it might not be enough for them. Because they still have visible issues in defense. Pioli isn't trying as hard as needed to solve these issues seemingly. Because Torino would have scored even more than one goal if they were more capable at finishing.

Chelsea hasn't been winning games but they haven't been playing badly of recent so don't expect Chelsea to be the underdogs against Dortmund. When we talk about the champions league experience, Chelsea has more than Dortmund so they should be having the upper hand. Also looking at the individual teams, Chelsea has a superior team and form what I see form their recent games, they have finding some chemistry between them and them knowing that the game against Dortmund is a very important games, I think they'll turn up more.

Chelsea last game in the premier league which they played against West Ham, saw Chelsea score 3 goals within 16 minutes of play but two was ruled out for offside. Chelsea now has an attacking force that is capable of scoring goals so that should be able to upset Dortmund plans of progressing to the next stage of the competition.

 

If you look at the results of the last 10 matches of the two teams in all competitions, I think Chelsea still won't be able to beat Dortmund. It's not only Chelsea's performance issues that are taken into consideration, in my opinion the Chelsea players still lack coordination and often miss communication between players. Meanwhile, Dortmund have now appeared so consistent and the return of Sebastien Haller has made the attack line even more frightening.

Moreover, Chelsea only won 2 wins and for Dortmund they won 7 wins, with a result like this it is certain that they will experience failure in the UCL. Chelsea's first leg match must fly to Signal Iduna Park which is Dortmund's home ground. I think this season will be a very difficult season for Graham Potter and all of his players.

Surprises are possible in any pair, and in a pair of Dortmund - Chelsea, all the more because since the pair is more or less equal (on paper) and any team can win. But I am surprised how the fans deny the obvious (the pictures show very well which team is in good shape and which is not) and believe in a miracle until the very end and talk about some kind of outsider upper hand.

Mbappe being back in the squad doesn't guarantee that he will be playing. It could be that he is feeling alright enough that he will be taken there but at the end of the day he could be not fully ready to comeback and considering this is a very important game and they do not need Mbappe to play and reinjure himself this way, it would be quite terrible in the long run.

I personally believe it is better to just focus on him getting better and he could be in the bench and could be played at the last 10-20 or even 30 minutes if he feels fine, that way it would be lower chance of reinjuring himself compared to 90 minutes and he could be resting a lot better for the next game.

the big thing that worries me about PSG is their defense, especially now against a team like Bayern Munich, i heard that Mbappe could play, he is training with the team, so if they can get a draw in France, they can qualify in my opinion, all their players will be back in form by the 2nd leg

I think we can see all three of Mbappe, Messi, and Neymar in the squad for this match. And PSG's performance will not be as weak as in some past matches. Galtier knows his weaknesses very well. And he was able to stabilize the team enough. However, PSG's performance has deteriorated badly in the last few matches. If we compare the performance of PSG with Bayern Munich, it is easy to see that PSG is much weaker than Munich. But this could be Galtier's trick. Because he knows very well that it will be very difficult for his team to win against a ladder team like Bayern Munich. I wouldn't be surprised if PSG's recent poor performances are part of Galtier's strategy.
