I think Milan is the favorite in this game as their full focus most probably is in the Champions League now because there is nothing that they can do in order to change things in the Serie A as Napoli is 16 points ahead and the maximum Milan can achieve is to be in the top 4.

There is some truth to what you predicted, in general the two teams are up and down in the domestic league, where during the second half of the season, both Tottenham and AC Mila have not shown consistency, so making predictions is still quite difficult for both of them. While Tottenham are still ahead of head to head compared to AC Milan, that cannot be used as a basis either because the two of them have not performed consistently this season.

That was why i said the game is evenly matched, both AC Milan and Spurs can't win their respective Leagues, what they are currently playing for is basically to qualify for the CL next season. To me it seems like it was all a strategy of PSG regarding the status of Mbappe. Every time i have read something in the last few weeks about the upcoming match of PSG vs Bayern Munich today it always said, that Mbappe will miss this match for sure. Now a few days before the match suddenly Mbappe is able to play. So it really smells like a strategy of PSG to me.
I don't know though if Mbappe is really 100% fit and ready to go over the full lenght of the match, or if he is only able to play for like 60 minutes or if he is only able to get in for the last 10 minutes or so. We will see. In the end Mbappe is just one player out of 22 so it is not like that this is changing everything.
