Are you saying this based on how you feel on based on facts? If Chelsea take their domestic form to Europe, they'll lose woefully because they are extremely poor domestically. Dotmund is a team that know how to attack and score goals and Chelsea find it hard to score many goals these days.
I believe Chelsea will some how progress to the next stage of the competition but it's not a certainty. They have to play their lives out if the want to win Dotmund who are also an inconsistent team.

PSG was a strong team before the arrival of Messi, they played in every finals in the League 1 tournaments and one time finalist of the Champions league.
