Barcelona did very well in La Liga, but they lost in the UCL. I don't think Xavi and Barca want them to fail again in the Europa League, even if it means silencing Man United. I believe all teams are trying hard to get their top performance. this is not an easy word because after a long holiday and starting again with the league. the coach may need time to rearrange the squad.

Of course they can't do the same thing as last season when they also had to be eliminated from the Europa League.
This is their only chance to get more money apart from the domestic league they are in so that their financial condition in the calculations will not be as negative as before.
They have to prepare for everything possible and Xavi as strong as possible has to be able to make this profitable for Barcelona because in any case they need the Europa League now apart from securing Xavi this is also used as a big momentum in the season to come because if they fail to come back they are basically expensive players those who are brought in will be considered a failure and so will Xavi.

Indeed Arsenal's consistency still looks dubious, but what's wrong if they really win both titles? both in the European league and the regular league Arsenal are still quite stable this season and maybe the answer later when the season rolls back can be a determining parameter for arsenal.

So if Arsenal lose a truckload, and drop points in a few games, they will lose the top spot in the points table. Right now, all facts and figures are going into Arsenal favour for winning the European title even we have to wait for few outputs which are important in coming weeks but their performance and quality is surely at his best in both competitions even few are feeling injury of Gabriel Jesus is going to have impact on their performance, but they are already having good backups and their quality is surely still good because from the start of this season Mikel Arteta done good job and maintain his quality at his best which is helping them in Premier League as well.

But, now we are heading for the next phase of the season which is surely having tough challenges as well so can they keep this momentum and will big trophy or another season while they will be chock again lets wait for the final report.

I don't understand what "wish" you mean because after all when they play on the field, then of course they have the "wish" to win. How can they play without having a "wish" to win, and "wish" will always be there, it's just that their way of getting the "wish" to win is different so the results are different.
