In Group C, Serbia maintained their 2nd place in the group with a 3-1 win away to Lithuania.Mitrovic scored a hat-trick as Serbia deserved to win as they were heavy favorites against their opponent.The goals came in the first half and there were no goals in the second half.Mitrovic is a really good striker and his transfer to Al Hilal after 6 seasons at Fulham doesn't seem to have affected him.He is still scoring goals like he used to.
In the other match in the group, Montenegro defeated Bulgaria 2-1 at home and managed to increase their points to 8.Montenegro was down to 10 men early in the second half and it was important for them that Bulgaria did not benefit from a penalty.Bulgaria equalized in the 80th minute, but Montenegro scored with Jovetic in the last minutes and won the match.

Poland barely won against Faroe Island while Albania was the first team of the group to not lose in Czech Republic home so it was a well deserved win for Albania tonight who dominated the game in occasions of goal while the only chance Poland had was the goal that was correctly disallowed by VAR,not a single hit except that in 90 minutes.What I am surprised for the good is the new team of Albania that Sylvinho the coach has put together which given he is Brazilian the attackers of Albania are scoring super goals,so did Bajrami in Czech Republic,even better did Asani tonight.That is a final K.O to Poland qualification as even if they end with same points as Albania,the goal difference decides and Albania lost 1-0 there while won 2-0 tonight.

I really like the Ireland vs Netherlands match... The Irish are playing very well so far, though both teams were lucky to score goals from penalties... Judging by the odds, bookmakers favour the Netherlands, but according to the statistics of shots I think that both teams have a chance to win...

Yeah we are surprised that Italy failed to get 3 points even though they only needed to hold on for the remaining 10 minutes, the bookie sucked up our bet 
Italy still has a big chance, they still have one match to play Italy has collected 4 points while Ukraine has 7 points and in the upcoming match the two teams will fight each other if Italy win then both teams have the same points. Overall Italy still has 5 matches ahead with a potential of 15 points while Ukraine only has 4 matches left with a potential of 12 points.

But stronger teams can't afford to lose games like that because they could get into trouble in the future, just look at the case of the World Cup itself and North Macedonia

The surprising result of the day was in the Albania - Poland game of course. I didn't expect Poland to lose this game honestly. They were the favourite side to win and they already beat Albania once. But things went really wrong for Poland in this game. They had a goal disallowed due to offside as well before Albania scored their first goal.

If that wasn't offside maybe we were going to talk about a different result. Poland were just really bad at finding the target today. They had so many goal attempts but only one shot on target. This prevented them from answering Albania with a goal. Now Albania have captured an important advantage in the group.

I think Italy will try hard to secure second place behind England. Italy can take this big opportunity if they are able to beat Ukraine in tomorrow's match. Man , Romania barely did a draw against Israel and I had high hopes for my national team to actually get 3 points as it's been too long since Romania went to a Euro tournament.

Also , funny how Greece scored 5 goals but if you try and bet a place on Greece internal competition to have goals , they won't score more than 2  .

Ireland really played well against Netherlands and they should have take 1 point today but it didn't went in their favor at all

It would be funny if a club played a game and didn't want to win.
England tried a few chances but in the end Ukraine also played very well in this match which made England unable to develop their attacks despite several attempts and substitutions but they failed to maximise with their dominance.
However, they are still comfortable in their current position and it is quite interesting to see the competition for the second place I guess because for the first place, England is definitely there but for the second place, Italy and Ukraine still have a chance to prove themselves.

I don't expect England to even play out a draw in this encounter because they're the favorite and the 3 Lions have all they needed to come out victorious with all 3pt, imagine them struggling to win against the Ukraine national team. It was as if both teams are of the same strength, well I'm judging base on the kind of world class players the 3Lions have and they couldn't dominate.
When I see the England team score just a goal or two in a game that they ought to score more than 3 goals it just reminds me of the France team, and is annoying to gambling investors as the case maybe.
I just believe they (England) have a plan in their next match and not to end in a draw.

Even though England is actually safe, this is a little annoying for me with the results achieved because with that my bet lost.

Chance for Italy is still good because they only played 3 matches. With those matches, they have 4 points, that are 3 points less than Ukraine that already played 4 matches. If Italy play their fourth match, they will have same total points as Ukraine. If Italy win two more matches to reach a same total matches of England, they are only 3 points less than England.

However I am realistic that Italy target should be a second position and they must solve Ukraine first. When they finish it, they can start to think of a first position.

I am thinking more about a second position for Italy because they will hardly to beat England in their second leg match. So it is more possible for them to claim a second position in this group as they can beat Ukraine in direct matches. They don't have big gap on the table too as said if Italy win one more match, they will have same total points as Ukraine.

Since that lost game with Moldova and barely winning with Faroe Islands by scoring the first goal in the 74th minute of the game things are not going well at all for Poland.They are definitely out of the Euro 2024 now as even if Albania loses against Czech Republic at home which I highly doubt it they can still draw with Moldova in Moldova and win their last game against Faroe Island at home.Poland has a game at home against Czech which will be difficult and I don't think they can win it.Most likely Albania and Czech Republic will qualify to the Euro from this group.

After suffering a great lose to Japan, i love the decision took by the by the German DFB because the result was very bad for a country that's to host the next Euro's tournament, if you had watched their performance you'll know that Flick is imcapable of managing the team and needed an immediate replacement, well Jurgen Klopp is a very good coach and has managed several top players at Liverpool and the Job might not be hard based on his experience but it would be too heavy combining that of Liverpool and his country, he has a target for Liverpool his season and won't need any distractions.

In this match, I think the match was too monotonous for both teams.
Even though there were 3 goals scored in this match, the game was too monotonous. Not many chances that lead to on target, 2 penalties that occur and the ball that is always in the middle of the field actually makes me bored with this match.
But it was good to see the Netherlands win this match because it means that there is an interesting rivalry now between the Netherlands and Greece.

Francis is very comfortable at the top but the battle for 2nd place will be worth watching.

Denmark's national team finally confuses all the cards in Group H. Now Denmark has 13 points after the victory over Finland, Finland has 12 points after the defeat and Slovenia's game today, they also have 10 points, but if they win, it will be 13. We should also note the victory of Albania over Poland and now Poland has only 6 points and greatly reduced chances for further exit from the group. The Czech Republic still have 8 points, but they have a game in hand and if they win, they will have 11 points, while Albania have 10 and it will be difficult for the Poles with their 6 points to take even the second place.
