It was a joyful night for the Italians yesterday as they won their first match in the qualifying stage. Frattesi was the man behind the victory and Italy was luck that he scored the two goals in the early before the Ukrainians realized themselves and started fight for a draw. Despite the two goals, this didn't demoralize Ukraine players but instead it gave them boldness to put in the best of performance they gat. On the 41st minutes of the first half was when Yamolenku scored the only goal for his country and the last goal in the match. The second half was interesting but none of them was able to score any goal. This victory should have motivated Italy for more winnings. Gaspadori was did great contribution to Italy's victory.

I don't know what they will do with just one win. They have just 7 points from 4 matches and are trailing England in Group C by a big margin. Ukraine and North Macedonia also have 7 points each, but these two teams have played 5 matches each. In the next round, it is going to get tough for Italy. One of their matches are against England, and I don't think that they have a realistic chance of getting any points from this match. So after the completion of next match, it is very much possible that Italy maybe relegated to the 3rd place in points table.

I was quite surprised to see Austria take those three points in such a convincing manner. They have been very efficient with their chances and Arnautovic is still going a great job although not much is hard about him when he plays for his club. But both teams have to work on their passing accuracy as that was quite obviously a problem for both of them.

And in general this was probably the most important game in the group so far as it seemed to be very likely that this group will be decided between Sweden and Austria for the second rank. Now it is 7 points advantage for Austria over Sweden. It is a bit sad as Sweden is actually a nice team and country and I would have liked to see them play at the Euro 24.

For some reason, few people pay attention to this match, but the essence of it was to decide whether Sweden will be able to continue to fight for the exit, and as I think after this defeat from Austria is no longer, because Austria has 13 points, as well as Belgium, and the Swedes have only 6 points in the piggy bank.

Italy, Ukraine and North Macedonia are all 7 points but beating Ukraine gave Italy the better chance to qualify for the next round of the competition and I think their next match would be very easy for them and they'll probably qualify because they're facing who's lost all matches and got any point whereas Ukraine and North Macedonia would be very careful to lose making the game to probably end with a draw or any of them winning with a little goal, whereas Italy should comfortably beat Malta with more goals, giving them the better chance to qualify amongst all three.
 Asides the Group C their one team that's suprised me so far in the Group A is Scotland I didn't expect them to be very impressive and has even performed better than Spain, they've qualified already and have won all matches, beating clubs like Spain, Norway, Georgia,and Cyprus to secure all 15 points.

They attacked well, looked more serious than they have in their previous games, and they were able to score two good goals that made them winners. It was a friendly game and maybe France did not put in their best performance and use their best team, but they surely did not make the game easy for Germany. The victory over France gives them hope going to the Euro 2024 as the host, that their team will have a better performance and will not be a shame to them not being able to qualify from the group stages.

I think after yesterday's games, the fight for a place at Euro 2024 in Group F is virtually over. Belgium and Austria have 13 points each, while the Swedes have only six points. The teams have three matches left to play before the finish line. The Swedes needed only a victory in the game with Austria, but they lost. Now only a miracle can help Sweden.

Austria is doing extremely well just like Albania is doing in their group,and they will most likely both be qualified for the Euro,Austria on top of Sweden and Albania on top of Poland.When you only rely on yourself you can make huge steps forward and to be successful as Sylvinho,ex Arsenal,Albania coach has said since the beginning of this qualifying campaign "there are no big teams and small teams anymore,football changes way to rapidly and for us every game is a final".Such mentality is paying off for this qualifier,I believe the same for Austria.

Italy defeated Ukraine 2-1 in a tough encounter and moved into 2nd place despite having a game in hand.Italy dominated the match and managed to score 2 goals in 30 minutes with Frattesi.Yarmolenko's goal towards the end of the first half made it 2-1, but Ukraine failed to get any points from the game.

The Italian team is not very lucky in the sense that even though England have 13 points in the scenario where Italy beats Malta and then beats England, the number of their points is equal. Therefore, most likely the England - Italy game will take place when England has 13 points, Italy has 10 and England will play to win to close the issue here and now (plus to please their fans). I don’t think that Italy will be able to get more than one point in this game.

Seeing Italy finally achieve victory at least brought good news to all the Italian people who were watching. Italy won with a score of 2-1 over Ukraine and although the match was quite tough, Italy was much better this time. Frattesi's brace in the first half put Italy ahead and although Ukraine managed to catch up with Yarmolenko's goal, it wasn't enough to equalize.

In the second half there was no change at all so Italy's victory made them even more confident about qualifying for Euro 2024. Currently Italy and Ukraine both have a total of 7 points and I think this will be a fierce battle for second place for both teams. Meanwhile, England doesn't seem to be at all troubled because they have good capital points to become group C winners.

I saw the whole thing and it was a good match, the first half was practically dominated, the second half they paid with weariness for the strong aggressiveness of the first half part of game

you can see what shoulder pads had a hand in, I dont understand how Napoli could lose the coach who made them win the scudetto, absurd things in my opinion

But at least there is still a second match later and to be honest, Italy position is not completely safe and Ukraine also at least still has a chance to qualify. At least, if Italy fails to be consistent then of course, Ukraine will still be able to take advantage of the situation to take over second place. Maybe this is at least the worst possible thing for Italy and the best possible thing for Ukraine. But apart from that, of course Italy has a big effort to qualify again to be able to play in this competition. It looks really bad for Poland because they have also lost the direct comparison with Albania already and they have lost 3-1 in the first game against Czech Republic. To win the direct comparison in case they are equal in points with Czech Republic, they would also have to win their game 3-0 to officially surpass them.

Successive poor results is very difficult to accept especially for a team that should be doing well, Germany got rid of their coach and recorded their first victory against France in a very long time, the football federation in Poland also saw how changing the coach had affected the teams performance against France, they will also like to experience that. It was embarrassing for them to loose to small countries like Albania and Moldova. The coach has not been long with the team, but you do need to wait too long for you to know when a coach does not suite a team.
