I just found out that the four clubs are owned by the same company, it's no wonder the SPL looks like it's dominated by the same clubs. I have been hearing this argument for quite some time now and I would like to disagree. For now, the European leagues (English Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, Eredivisie, Ligue 1, La Liga and Primeira Liga) remain as some of the top football leagues in the world. And that is definitely one of the reasons why younger players prefer to play in them. But you can't ignore the improvement made by non-European leagues such as the Saudi Professional League. My prediction is that within the next 5 years, SPL will attain the same quality as some of the top UEFA leagues.
