It is great to see that our answers differ on the Real Madrid - Manchester City game. That makes watching it even more fun! We have a few equal answers, like in the case of the Milano derby. Today could be a first big step for one of us! But all the other answers that are to come will be interesting. Conference League and Europa League answers are both promising in terms of our competition.

It is season end and my players need all the recuperation they can get for that final push next week. I need to secure direct promotion and nothing is left to chance

Yeah, as if the pressure of playing in the semi-final was not enough, then they saw their names in Sportsbet and I guess it was too much for them. It does happen often that a team loses with 1 goal advantage, but when they are losing with 1 goal difference with a minute or 2 to go, they play with an extra player that replaces the goalkeeper. It's quite common to see empty net goals being scored, therefore I would have gone either with Finland with a bigger difference or USA not to lose.

You can still win, ofc - but the odds here are against you

I was really hoping that Haaland gives Real Madrid the knockout in extra time. That would have been the 2-0 for me against @mitchr4

Today nothing can happen in my semifinal as we both gave the same answers. It will all be about the Europa and Conference League and I see it coming that we'll end up in the final Espanyol vs. FC Barcelona game. We have completely different answers on that one except for the end result that Barca will win.

The reason I picked "4,5 goals" in both games of the EL was because it is the first leg. They way the Real Madrid - Manchester City game ended was typical. Both teams didn't push through in the end and I kind of expect that in the EL as well. But of course one goal festival out of coincidence could always happen and then @mitchr4 could come out on top.

I was betting handicaps on hokey for a season or two when Medveščak was playing in KHL and I was watching many of those games live. Anyway you would be surprised how rarely that handicap actually passes. I was thinking exactly the same, if you are trailing 1 goal difference you pull out the goalie and either draw a game or loose with bigger difference, wrong. It usually comes to nothing in hockey, I guess we are preconditioned by futsal where playing without goalkeeper almost always results with goals.

Not really expecting this but against AC Milan, its just seems reasonable that he is able to score but I dont really see how he will score when Inter win then meet either City or Madrid on the final. Anyway, I thought there will be alot more goals on the 2nd half ( or atleast some rough games that would lead to multiple yellow cards ) but its just lame

Have you seen how it looks in ice hockey when a goalie stands in front of a goal? You have a feeling that there's no place for a puck to go into the goal. But ice hockey is a different sport than futsal. In ice hockey when a team has one extra player, they spend 90% of the time in the opponent's part of the field. That's why coaches tend to pull a goalie out and attack in the last two minutes. But the problem is when a defender loses control of the puck. Then it's easy for the opponent to score an empty net goal.

I have to admit that watching soccer while hoping that not too many goals are scored is a bit weird. I usually rarely bet on low goal count because I can't enjoy the game as much when I watch it.

mitchr4 doesn't care, he can cheer every single time when there is a goal, I have to hit the bull's eye with 4-5 in two games. But the game between Ac Milan and Inter showed that it can even stop after 11 minutes. Those who bet on over 2 goals probably went crazy towards the end.

I didn't bet but damn how many answers I got wrong. I only got 2 out of 6 answers right. This just shows me that I need to do proper research because answering out of my head isn't working.
