Soon the game between Borzssia M. and Wolfsburg will start and that is the decisive game for me. If I get it right, I win. If Slissy gets it right, he wins. Only if Borussia wins, we'll go to the penalties.

Looks like most of the matchups are going to be decided here or by the tiebreak for some, but looking at Borussia Mönchengladbach winless streak...I will fancy a Wolfsburg win here as they have a game in hand that could leap frog them to 6th if they win this afternoon and a possible top four finish with a few games to go before this seasons league is a wrap.

I searched the thread a little, but I can't find what is the prize for the winner of the cup? Is it only for prestige or is there some kind of a reward?

I didn't really have an idea about UFC before I started this competition with you guys, but I did some good research and now I am one of the few who went for a knockout win.

Tbh a knockout was the last thing on my mind and looking  at how the first round started it looked like it would go all the way unfortunately didn't happen,and Pereira looked like the guy to win this game earlier on but round two came and the hunter became the hunted.

But I must say I saw the fight and it was quite a surprising knockout right? Adesanya was about to be knocked out himself! I thought OK that's it, I lost that one and then boom!

Lol things changed so fast here, maybe Pereira was over confident about winning and never got the memo that a  knockout  was cooking  in the kitchen.

But his punch didn't even look that hard at first, but I think that only watching that punch doesn't give one an idea of how hard those punches actually hit. Pereira almost fell like a chopped tree.

Congrats Ulven for the win in this second round, didn't expect that Tottenham would be able to beat Brighton and also Adesanya could take down Pereira and since one remaining question has the same answer so it won't affect it and the tie break answer is no longer needed. time to go back to the league for two weeks before the cup and take a break because I have lost in this round.

I'm also on the fence here too, I also need Borussia Monchengladbach to win and the hope for the best in H2H, I'm somewhat livid that Lazio scored that early but couldn't get a second goal, and I went with Israel Adesanya to win but on points not KO, so that almost could have saved the day for me, but should Monchengladbach fail to win the match, I'm out!

I'm optimistic btw, since they currently hold a 2-0 lead and it's 63 minutes into the game already.

Frankly speaking, this was pure lottery for me as probably everyone here knows more about UFC than I did, but I read that knockouts are quite likely in UFC and well, after watching the fight in the beginning I was pretty sure I am going to lose that one.

And the Gladbach - Wolfsburg game, erm, ya.... I had it open on another screen and just noticed that this is probably going to end well for Wolfsburg. One-sided game and then the millimeter decision with the offside. See, it could have gone either way. Today luck was with me. But once more it's the team that scores the goals who wins the games. This was a very typical example.

Are you sure they'll be able to handle the pressure? They have tougher fixtures than Manchester City and a smaller squad depth; I would prefer Pep to win it over a London rival, but they Arsenal deserve it more this season based on work rate; unfortunately, they will need some luck to win it. This is the type of championship race we all desired. To compete for the league once more, Liverpool only needs two creative midfielders and one Osimhen.... klopp is a genius.
