He was playing really well too, just was so keen on getting everyone else on the scoreboard. He used his outside foot special at least four times I can recall, so much so even Alisson cheekily used his outside foot on a clearance pass haha.

I think they started out quite noisy, but they've promoted. Luckily demotion also ensures the active chatters come to Div3. Div1 also has some notably QUIET people. leea stands out for me, Ulven in the pools, almost never post and just ripping up the script with us big mouths.

Ulven is banned from the forum so it is sort of understandable why he doesn't post  leea also informed me quite a long time ago that he will take step back from the forum, he just plays all the pools but doesn't have the time or the will for the forums.

Also some other people can't use bitcointalk due to bans, evil fees and what not. Some of them come to my chat so you can meet them there while some are just quiet by choice. And some are proper bastards like vd309, he is not talking to us often and just redirecting his energy to correct picks while we bicker around here and then look at his back all season, every season  Slow down man if you are reading this.

casperBGD made a decision to step back from the forum. While I was super surprised with it, at least I believe he is well and he actually returned few times to collect rewards form some pools and predictions.

tomahawk09 on the other hand just disappeared out of the blue and I fear something must have happened to him. I know I did try to contact him at that point since he was part of all my pools but with no success.

No the "Fk you Mbappe" was meant to point out that Mbappe didn't play at all. I didn't do any research whether it's possible that any of the strikers might be out because of injuries or some rest day or whatever. I think it was about a tooth surgery? But I don't know in detail.

Well this is sucks for me. Im currently 0/4 on LMS, actually 0/5 since I wont be getting point from question #7. Milan scored first and Bologna equalized, just as what I expected it to be but that 2nd goal from Bologna ruin my potential point

What is this round actually, first 4 questions ended up having the minority answers as the correct answers  . Following this pattern, Stuttgart not to lose tomorrow could be the outcome for question #5

Predicting Forest not to lose but no BTTS really sucks.    I guess I expected too much there. Arsenal can't score easily with their injuries. Forest also had a poor game. Still 0-0 against my competitor after 3 questions...

Today I'm hopeful about Milan to win against Bologna. They are quite dominant in away history that's why I trusted them. But their recent performances worry me. Come on Milan, you can do this! Help me out with getting 1-0 ahead.

BTW, I have a lil suggestion, I think you two should have the courage to make anti-mainstream answers. At least we got a small early lead after the first four questions, but we might lose it after the Bundesliga match and the FA match between Aston Villa and Cardiff.

Doubting Rashford to score against Cardiff might've been a terrible move for us. I didn't know his odds to score would be this low (2.10), or maybe i'll be saved by the unusual trend we got this early in the round, and Cardiff's goalkeeper plays on another level.

Arsenal are completely depleted offensively but it's still a really tough ask to expect them not to score a goal, if the clause in the question didn't and it was the usual "Not to lose, goals don't matter", I'm pretty sure more people would have gone for it, myself inclusive. That's the second game in a row that Arsenal have failed to score, wow!

That's what I thought. I mean, we all saw how Manchester City could score goals without a forward. Even Liverpool won many games from midfielders, A good team should always know how to score with majority of players. And the thing I was counting on was Arsenals superior quality from setpieces. But 11 corners didn't do anything for them, I think they lost their magic or got figured by teams.

Funny thing about the top 3 scoring teams in EPL, Arsenal, Liverpool and City, in the last 2 games before this most recent one they recorded their lowest shots on goal in their history. I read somewhere, very very strange.

Was the easiest pick for me in BSFL this week. NFO and Arsenal are top defenses and Arsenal has a lot of injuries in attack as well. Picked them correct here, picked them correct 0:0 in PL pool, picked no goals Majestic 7 and picked draw on Sportsbet jackpot. If only there were more games I get to read as good as this.

PARIVISION looks invincible in DOTA, finshed the group stage with all wins and just 2 maps lost. I even thought they will take it easy today since they were guaranteed a first place but still dispatched Chimera with 2:0.

Wow, that's an amazing run, If you bet on correct scores 0:0 it must be worth at least 10x.

So the offside of a few millimeters is over.

After consulting the VAR, the referees will explain their decision with a microphone to all spectators present in the stadium.

Each coach will be able to ask in limited numbers for the use of VAR during the match to review an action they deem controversial.

➡️ THE REFEREE WILL BE ABLE TO STOP THE TIME:
The referees will be able to stop the timer to study a litigation situation or in case of a major injury. Goal: avoid many football time savings and prioritize effective game time.

I am very sceptical about that one. No matter where we put the line it will always be same problem, just expressed differently. Now the defender will play the attacker in with his toe nail. I think offside rule needs to be recreated from the scratch but don't see a good way to do it.

The other three you qouted are actually all good and logical. Those I would implement immediately.

Yep, correct. I am one of the rare ones that do think offside rule is ok, I'd just want it to be implemented a bit quicker. Surely the technology is good enough.
What I do mind is the handball rule that changes basically every year.

Pique recently spoke about something that I saw being tested like 5 or 10 years ago, I think somewhere in Israel or something similar - that nobody gets a point for a 0-0 draw. That one sounds great to me

Looking at the spreadsheet, you can see how many have not scored a point at all, including me, so you are not alone.
This is a pretty strange round in my opinion because the results are completely unexpected.
It might also happen with Bayern vs Stuttgart where Stuttgart are not losing, and only a few have picked this.

I am very skeptical about all of these rules. The offside rules works well, anyway it goes, millimeters will always count and the result is still the same, it just makes it more confusing for defenders to set their lines and makes the lines man redundant as it is almost impossible to read the lines.

All football fans understand what happens when VAR is scrutinizing a decision, there is no need to explain it over the mic.

The challenger system makes some sense as there is a lack of consistency in what is determined as a clear and obvious error and what is not, so giving teams a stake in that can help if it does not get abused.Too much changes can ruin the sport as it is.

I'm trying to answer the questions by doing some good research. But even that isn't near enough sometimes.    For example predicting Bologna to win would be really bold. I see there are only a few members making it correct in the spreadsheet.

Yeah, now we have only 3 different answers left while it's still 0-0. I just hope to be the advantageous one at the end. It was disappointing to lose last week despite making a comeback first. I've lost many places after. I really need the win now.

I just saw that Falcons didn't make the cut in DOTA, meaning I'm really close to another win in the league.
I draw only in case Bayern wins with 1-goal difference and Tundra doesn't reach DOTA finals - which means that they have to lose 2 duels.

I really like my chances here, will still hedge it a bit with a narrow Bayern win.

Agree about offside, this thing won't change anything. It will remain contraversial, now just from other side and we still will have question of few centimetres. Don't know how offside rule can be into better side, so I rather would keep it as we have now.
Refs with microphones is something what some leagues already have, like Portuguese league already doing it for few seasons. I think it's great thing.
And referee stoping time won't change anything. If there is major injury or maybe some riots in the stands, game still will be delayed, only change that we won't have 15-20 minutes added time if clkock will be stopped.

Yes that was something I read in hindsight, but I still didn't quite understand since when it was known. I think going with no if it was known before the deadline would have made more sense since I think you are right, they wouldn't risk Mbappe getting an infection or something because of playing against Real Sociedad. Anyway, not a super late goal, but a relatively late goal for Bologna took another point from me. Didn't watch the game and don't really know if it was deserved, but it is what it is

Yep, correct. I am one of the rare ones that do think offside rule is ok, I'd just want it to be implemented a bit quicker. Surely the technology is good enough.

Yeah, I also completely agree that the offside rule is perfectly fine as it is, it will still always ball down to a matter of millimeters even if there is a 5 yards distance allowance. My only concern is that there should be clear, conclusive and consistent interpretation of the rules regarding positions like cases of players interfering with plays or not when in an offside, or player obstructing the goalkeeper’s view from certain camera angles and so on.

Bayern were not down for long, Michael Olise just equalized for them and that should set up the second half nicely. I have Stuttgart not to lose and still like my chances, there is usually goals in matches like these and they are some times shared equally among both sides.
