Who would ever though that the four UCL teams that played today would draw in the game. I was waiting to see that Real Madrid won Manchester City and Arsenal won Bayern Munich this was what i was expecting. I want both teams i mentioned to win to compete in the final round.

That is why it is called the Champions League. The  competition is very interesting to watch and very difficult to predict. It is always entertaining to both fans and football lovers. These two matches was perfectly played well, it also shows that the teams that played are actually among the favorites to win the trophy.

Also, there was something i noticed in the game between Bayern and Arsenal. I noticed where Raya gave the ball to Gabriel to pass, and he mistakenly held it with his hand to play a goal kick. Th ref said its not a penalty because it's a UCL QF, then i then think that's why he didn't give Arsenal the last penalty in the dying minute so that the score would be even.

The first Penalty incident was as a result of proper positioning of the defenders, when Saliva was trying to save the ball, he mistakenly hit Sane and he goes down and it was awarded.
Arsenal actually deserved the last minute penalty, but I think the referee was avoiding controversial moments at the end of the match. The second leg will be the match that will determine who to qualify, because I don’t think we (Arsenal )will lose to Bayern in the second leg

We watched two excellent matches. In fact, I didn't expect so many goals, I thought the teams would play more controlled, but the individual performances of the players were at the highest level and they scored excellent goals. The Champions League is really the pinnacle, and these teams are the best in the world. They proved it again. It's not a coincidence for any of them to be here. I was striked with their very performances, both matches where very much interesting with fascinating goals that is just unbelievable. Arsenal played really good but my intentions was for them to win tonights game very sad how they nearly lost it till Trossard came in to equalize. I think comparing both matches, City VS Madrid was the most interesting, really best of the best competing and compulsory how one must drop for the other to move on, the match was the toughest as both teams scored brilliant goals. It seems I'm the only one here bothered why Debruyne wasn't featured in the match.

Manchester City got the result they wanted on the road in this match. Haaland's performance was bad. The game lacked pace in general but the goals took the game to another level. Modric should definitely play in the starting eleven in the second leg. Because Modric kept the ball in Real Madrid's possession after he came on in this game, he carried the ball well before the goal and Vinicius Jr assisted Valverde skillfully.

Modric's vision of the game is tremendous. Real Madrid were very closed in defense and closed the penalty area well, but the goals they conceded from outside the penalty area show that their defense needs to be questioned. Surprise goals changed the fate of the game and I think Manchester City are the favorites to go through in the second leg.

I'm upset with the performance of Arsenal against Bayern Munich at Emirate stadium. This was particularly and specially the winning game for Gunners but they ruined their chances and they have to compete with the Bavarians at Allianz Arena

Generally, people overestimate how good Arsenal are. Don't get me wrong, they're a good team, they play very compact and press well, but they lack the experience that the other top teams currently in the champions league have. I found it amusing when people said Arsenal would trash Bayern Munich. These judgment were mainly because of Bayern current league form. We've been watching football long enough to understand these things. The champions league is a different ball game. It's a knock out game. You could play very well over two legs and a penalty or red card would ruin it for you and you're done, you've been knocked out. A lot of experience is required to succeed in the UCL.
If Saka had any experience, he'll make sure that ball ends up at the back of the net instead of looking for a penalty.

The way I see it, Arsenal would get knocked out in the second leg. They still have a chance but I don't think they'll be able to win in Germany. It's probably for the best if they just focus on winning their 7 remaining matches in the league. It would be an interesting game this, even more interesting to than the first leg, but Bayern Munich would win.

Arteta started everything with a wrong style, I expected Trossard starting this match but all my expectations went wrong, the little time Gabriel j and Trossard entered the match I felt a huge impact like a live in the match. Saka had all the chance saving the team but just alittle mistake ruined everything, I also expected a penalty but I don't get cause everything looked complicated. Arteta should be smart when it comes to key starters. Even with Trossard goal Bayern have  higher chance defeating Arsenal at Allianz, the only hope here for Arsenal they have good record when it comes to an away match. I really enjoyed today match especially the Manchester city vs Real Madrid match, tough draw from both teams including the Arsenal vs Bayern.

It seems that Tuchel has made the best analysis since he knows Arsenal better than the Premier League. Haaland performed poorly because he was closely guarded by the Real Madrid defender, so just look at the goals scored by Man City which came from outside the penalty box. However, it must be admitted that Man City as usual played very well even though Real Madrid had more rest time than Man City, plus Man City did not play their key players (KDB and Kyle Walker), Real Madrid also played at home with great support from supporters. outstanding. but Real Madrid couldn't take advantage of it all, of course this was a very disappointing result for Real Madrid.

Does anyone feel as confused right now as I do regarding which match to watch first between the Arsenal vs Bayern match and the Madrid vs Man City match? 
Both matches will start at the same time. And actually I don't want to miss watching both of them. But I had to leave one of them out.

Personally I would watch Arsenal vs Bayern Munich because Bayern Munich is really underrated, whereas the quality of both of teams are similar. I probably watch till either of them is leading 2 goals, then I will switch to watch Real Madrid vs Manchester City because leading 2 goals is already hard to comeback, so I assume the team is already win.

Arsenal nearly lost at home and even with a draw, they will play a second leg in Munich with big fear because Bayern Munich will become stronger at their home stadium. A first leg shows that Bayern Munich have enough quality to beat Arsenal especially now they only have Champions League to fight. These shots were not accurate enough to become a goal for them but they are signals that Real Madrid midfielders did not play well. Eventually, Manchester City successfully with their distant shots while Ancelotti and Madrid players failed to fill these space around their box.

Modric is very old and no longer has good fitness to play in 90 minutes but at some points of a match, he is helpful. That equalizer is perfectly done from Modric, Vinicius Jr. to Valverde, it's a fantastic goal from each engaged player to the goal itself.

Yes, this was beyond our expectations, because initially we thought the home team would dominate but it wasn't what we expected, I think in the second leg the home team will have an advantage Bayern Munich and Manchester City have a greater chance of qualifying and for today's match I predict these 2 matches will end in a draw. For the betting option, I chose both teams to score in these two matches.

Arsenal salvaged a 2-2 draw against Bayern Munich. A draw is probably a fair result on the balance of things. Neither team can say they definitively deserved to come away from this game with a win. Also for the first time since January Arsenal were behind in a home game first of half.

Bayern was playing equally or even better than the arsenal since bayern played away in that game. It must be noticeable by the fans if Arsenal played so garbage in this match. I think that Arsenal must be very disappointed considering the fact that if the club misses an opportunity to take advantage of the bayern in the second leg caused by the draw it ruin Arsenal's chance to go to the semi-final. The club was not playing as well as when it was in the premier league, and I think Bayern is at another level compared to arsenal. History told me that a club that performed so badly in the domestic league can't be underrated, and this time, arsenal did it.

All the strong teams in the two Champions League quarter-final matches have performed well. The Champions League leg-1 matches were very competitive and interesting with enough strong fights from each team.

The exciting match between Manchester City and Real Madrid was really interesting. Real Madrid conceded a goal early on but then equalized and went up again with a goal against Man City. Madrid did well until half time but after half time did not have much attacking success and Manchester City played well. Manchester City leveled the game after half-time and Madrid scored another goal later, Manchester City equalized in the 79th minute and the game ended in a 3-3 draw.

Arsenal vs Bayern Munich was more exciting and both teams were in good form with Arsenal scoring first. But unfortunately Bayern Munich went ahead in the game on a penalty shot. However, no team could come back with a win till the last moment due to which the match was a draw. And this Champions League match was really interesting with a 2/2 draw, surely the next leg-2 will be more exciting and it will be very difficult to say which team will win.

Valverde has good skills for distant and one-touched shots like this one and he scored an impressive goal for Real Madrid. I am more impressed about the vision of Vinicius Junior. He took a glance and quickly made his decision to pass the ball to Valverde, not Brahim or Jude. Not many players can have good vision, calm mind and can make a good decision and turn it to an accurate assist like this.

Both Manchester City and Real Madrid have performed well. The players of both the teams tried their best to win the match. They did a lot of attacks. Manchester City had 62% of the ball. However, Manchester City could not score more than three goals due to the defenders of Real Madrid performing well enough.

We haven't seen a better performance from Manchester City's main player Haaland in this important match. Also, I don't know why Guardiola didn't keep De Bruyne in the starting XI. On the other hand, we could not have seen a better performance than Bellingham, one of the key players in Madrid's squad.

The teams that competed in yesterday's UCL Champions League matches should be commended for their efforts, as it is not an easy feat to win or draw in this competition. The most unexpected matchup involved Real Madrid and Manchester City; I would find it hard to believe that Real Madrid could not defeat City, as they had numerous opportunities to score but failed to take advantage of them. The most disheartening aspect of the match is that Real Madrid even covered the head of their stadium, but nothing good happened. Additionally, the second leg of the match is being played at Etihad Stadium, a venue where Real Madrid has never won a game. I was even considering the possibility that the Real Madrid team that is playing in La Liga is the same one that played against Manchester City yesterday, as Bellingham and Vinicius' performance was not even mentioned in the game.

Regarding Arsenal and Bayern Munich, a lot of people believe that Arsenal will win because Bayern Munich is struggling in their own league. However, I have always maintained that the Champions League is unlike other leagues, and Bayern Munich shouldn't be taken lightly. Bayern Munich went to Arsenal Stadium, but Arsenal was unable to defeat Bayern Munich, and we all know what happens to Arsenal when they play at home. As a result, I believe that anything can happen in this competition, and I no longer trust any team.
