Fenerbahçe hosted Antalyaspor at home. Fenerbahçe beat Antalyaspor 3-2. Fenerbahçe barely managed to beat Antalyaspor. But for the first time in this match, Fenerbahçe made defensive big mistakes this season. It was a tough game for Fenerbahçe tonight but they got the 3 points. Beşiktaş showed a very weak performance last night and ended its unbeaten streak with Trabzonspor which doesn't have a very strong squad. Even though I watched the comprehensive summary, it was not difficult to understand that Beşiktaş didn't perform well. I watched Paul Onuachu's goal and it was really difficult to defend him there. He is 2,01 m so it is really hard to defend him when it comes to aerial balls. Trabzonspor can get a really good efficieny from him this season considering his statistics in the past as well. Maybe he couldn't do much at Southampton but he was wonderful while he was playing for Genk. He was such a deadly scorer and he looks like he wants to bring back those times here in the Super League.

By the way I was really surprised to see Besiktas this desperate. A loss by 3-0 in a match like this would be really demoralizing.

Icardi is the unstoppable striker. I don't know what else I can say about him.

According to the statistics, Icardi scored 5 goals in 18 weeks for Galatasaray last season. This season he has already achieved the same statistic in only 5 games. He joined Galatasaray in the last days of the transfer window last season. Also, that season was his first season at Galatasaray. I have no doubt he will have better stats this season. Also this season he will be supported by Zaha and Ziyech. Undoubtedly everything will be better for him this season.

Also, for those who haven't seen his goal against Samsunspor, I would definitely recommend watching it. He redirected Ziyech's shot, which had a speed of over 100 kilometers per hour, with his head and scored a great goal.

Fenerbahçe Antalyaspor match was very enjoyable tonight. It clearly showed us both teams have defensive issues that they cannot solve. Antalyaspor new striker Buksa clearly showed he is beyond Turkish league levels and probably gonna keep scoring next weeks. İrfan Can at Fenerbahçe showed awesome performance as well. I didn't like Ferdi tho. I also disliked Antalyaspor right back Bünyamin and stopper Veysel. They both seem below average.

The Fenerbahce-Antalyaspor game opened many eyes. I saw Fenerbahce dominate recent games, maintaining them at the top of the league. I cant help but admire İrfan Can's amazing performance. I concur on Buksa. He's playing above average in the Turkish league, so I anticipate him to keep scoring. However, Fenerbahce's defending bothers me. It could make it harder for them to win the crown, despite their recent success. You're right about Ferdi, Bünyamin, and Veysel. Didnt the game live up to the hype? Both sides must enhance their defences and player usage to win.

Paul Onuachu is a good football player, I think Trabzonspor is exactly the team where he can be successful. He is not very strong but he is not weak either, he can show himself here and increase his recognition in the league.
There are many such players in Europe and it is not easy to be successful, but in the Turkish league such players can become more valuable.

It was not easy to predict that Trabzonspor would get such a victory. Beşiktaş needs to recover as soon as possible

Fenerbahçe didn't start well in their match against Antalyaspor yesterday. Cengiz Ünder came off injured in the 3rd minute of the game, which slightly dampened the spirits. So Ismail Kartal had to make an early substitution and replaced Cengiz with Irfan Can Kahveci. I can say that Irfan's good performance in this match was extra effective for the team to win the match. Buksa was definitely amazing and I knew that he will be an amazing transfer as soon as I saw that transfer on transfermarkt, I believe that Antalyaspor will do amazingly this season, there is a great potential by them without a doubt and their manager plays a good style of football.

I believe that Fenerbahce is trying their best, there were some issues here and there, and looked like almost going away and getting a tie but they got lucky and won, it is really a good luck and they should be thankful to football gods for that day. In the end, I believe that league is still just two teams game, Fenerbahce and Galatasaray will end up playing for a long time with just two of them staying at the top after a while.

Besiktas look like they will have another problematic season. Because their performance against Trabzonspor was really poor and that 3-0 defeat is a really heavy one. They are actually doing really good in the Conference League but they can't play the same when it comes to the Turkish Super League.

They will need to work on this situation otherwise it wouldn't take them too long to fall behind Fenerbahce and Galatasaray in the title race. For now this duo look really powerful and they both have a potential to pull away from the others many weeks earlier than the final moments of the season.

This is a very bold statement. I don't even think Icardi can be the top goal scorer. Mame Thiam, Dzeko and Aboubakar are serious candidates for top goal scorer in Super League. Apart from Icardi, Mertens, Halil and Kerem also score a lot of goals in Galatasaray. Icardi's advantage is that he takes penalties. Since Galatasaray wins a lot of penalties, many goals may come from there.
Beşiktaş doesn't have a direct striker other than Aboubakar. We can say that the entire burden of scoring falls on him. That's why Aboubakar is expected to score more than 20 goals very easily. Well i get your point, because they're the defending champions, so alot would be expected from them and one of the expectations is that they should be in the current position of Fenerbahçe, but come to think of it, they're still very strong contenders this season and if you observe thir stats you'll that they won three matches out of four, with a draw and no lose recorded so far, which shows they're not yet unbeaten and currently on the right track even though they're not at the very top, second position is not bad currently, based on the fact that it's still very early and they could stil top if Fenerbahçe drops a point since they're just two points ahead of them.

 However Fenerbahçe are very impressive this season and are so very inform to face any club in the league currently, their next match would be in the Europa League this week and they'll be facing Nordsjælland who are currently in the 3rd position at the Denma Superleagúe, Fenerbahçe seem favorites due to their current form and I expected them to beat Nordsjælland since they're the home team.

Başakşehir-Galatasaray might be an important game, but the old Başakşehir is gone, they started badly this year.
They beat one of the weakest teams in the league last week, it was just a morale boost for them.
I definitely think Galatasaray will win.

Yesterday's Karagümrük-Hatayspor match between Karagümrük and Hatayspor was a match that I expected to have plenty of goals, but it ended in a goalless draw. They will win against Copenhagen but we know how strong the other teams in the group are so they have a very difficult target to achieve

It is usually financially related because teams in Turkey do not usually build clubs that would be good enough or close enough, been maybe a decade or more since any team there had any decent team, because they do not have the money for it. When you are a team that pays in Euro to players and then earn in Lira from the fans, you do end up having not enough money for it.

This season Galatasaray (no idea where they found that money) ended up building a club that is actually worth something, a rare sight, and that means if any other team makes a mistake, they could very well be in the last 16. This requires United to keep having trouble, and Copenhag to lose both games to them, which is unlikely but not impossible.

I can't see the same thing anymore my friend. Because Galatasaray lost 2 points against Copenhagen even home tonight. If they were able to take advantage of the goal chances they created in the first half then the result could have been much more different. They were nearly even losing the match.

In this situation it is difficult to say that Galatasaray can reach last 16. They need to play extra against Manchester United and defeat Copenhagen on their next meet.

But as long as they don't make any improvement in their defense even their chance to finish as 3rd would be at risk.
