I remember that in the first leg, Chelsea lost against Manchester United away. This also raises the question of whether United will repeat the same result at SB in the upcoming match. I strongly believe that united, we will win the game with a narrow score. The gameplay of manchester united is far better compared to the chelsea.

Both teams are really struggling this season but I think United is the better side and the stats points in the red devil's favour. Chelsea has not won man united in the last 5 meetings, three matches have ended in a draw while united has won the last two. The injuries list doesn't look good for the blues, about 7 players are reported to miss tonight's encounter while man utd have just few players on the sideline. United has not been consistent in their performance but they're better than Chelsea, and an away win or draw looks very likely.

Every season, Manchester United will win the match against Chelsea, but let's see what Chelsea will do this time if they can break the record today and defeat Erik Ten Hag this season. Manchester United has already defeated Chelsea in the first leg, so this time is Chelsea's chance to win because they are playing at home and the fans will motivate them on the pitch. I know Manchester United can't defeat Chelsea at home, but the outcome can be a draw in the game or Chelsea will win because both of them are not in good shap they are struggling in the league table.

Manchester United are outperforming them this season,  Chelsea should try to win the match so that they can qualify for the Europa League next season if they can win there remaining matches because West Ham is ahead of them by 5 points, and if they win today, their points will most likely increase, and if they continue to win their matches, they will have the opportunity to qualify for the Europa League because they are not in any major competition this season.

Chelsea is actually no longer a club that should be under-estimated even though they are far behind when looking that the premier league table, but in the past, Chelsea have been a trouble for some really big clubs like Manchester city, Arsenal, Liverpool and so on and on.

So for me, I am definitely rooting for Manchester united to win the match against Chelsea tonight, but if they must achieve this, then they have to play with all seriousness and carefulness, leaving and giving Chelsea no space at all, else, they just end end up losing the game to Chelsea, or the game may likely end in a draw.

Nunez was able to break the deadlock through a blunder made by Grbic where he managed to block Grbic hard kick which sent the ball into Sheffield United goal. Well, in my opinion, this match will be easy for Liverpool to control because Liverpool has dominated possession of the ball since the first minute. Liverpool opportunity to return to the top of the standings is in this match and I don't think they will waste the opportunity in this match. After leading 1-0, Liverpool continued to pressure Sheffield United with their attacks.

With a lot of time remaining in the first half, Liverpool could have scored a second goal in the first half. Their strength is stronger in today match so it is very unlikely that Sheffied United will be able to beat Liverpool in today match. Liverpool will be the favorite team to win this match, especially since Jurgen Kloop played all of their core players in today's match.

First, it gladdens me to see Erik Ten Hag's selection dropping that fraud who have been protected too much by the media and his wacked team. The better talking should be on the pitch not on social media yapping and complaining when he should be showing working. He is 26 and earns almost the highest in the club and this is what he delivers? Glad to see Marcus Rashfraud dumped on the bench.

I'd also appreciate if he is part of those listed to be sold because, he adds nothing to the club but too many touches of the ball playing boring football and his lack of decsion making as he barely knows when to dribble and not to dribble.

In the case of the Champions League qualification, when you check the next fixtures of Manchester United, Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur, you'd see that they Manchester United has a good chance of qualifying for the Champions League Competition if they manage to finish fifth position. This is a match between two big teams that are no longer considered as the first four in the league because of their long poor performance, not taking sides due to the teams involved, it is very difficult for United to defeat Chelsea at Stamford bridge even though Chelsea is not good this season as it is vividly seen according to their position in the league but I think the performance of the two teams will determine who takes the point home and Chelsea having drawn their last match against Burnley and United playing draw too against Brentford it is very likely that the match will end in a draw or the home team win the game even though United is fighting to catch up with Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa.

Honestly I was thinking in the same lines especially that they don't have other tournament commitments thought they would throw everything at this game, but seeing we just five minutes into the game and United have already conceded doesn't give me the confidence to say they can turn this game around.. But i will keep an open mind as such games come with surprises.

The score card of Tottenham seems to be much better than that of Aston Villa in every direction and another advantage they have is that they are likely to win their next match against Nottingham Forest and if that happened, it will put Tottenham among the top 4 in the table with 30 round of matches all played. My only fear is how they are going to handle the rest of their matches against Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal because those teams aren't backing down from the rest of their matches.

From the round West Ham has played(31), I think it's easy for Manchester united to finish in the 6th if the worst happened because they are one game behind West Ham. My only worried for them right now is that they have conceded a goal in the beginning of their match with Chelsea, they better win or draw this one or there faith remain unseal without anything European league next season.

When Chelsea scores in the first four minutes of the match, a lot of people will be taken aback. Many people have already praised Manchester United, and I predict that when they equalize this goal, the game will get harder. However, the way things are going, it appears that favor is not on Manchester United's side; both teams are obviously not serious. Two goals in the first half already. I'm not shocked by this behavior. Onana, who should win the prize for being the worst goalkeeper we know it's hard to defend a penalty is one of the Manchester United players that can be dumpy at times, especially when it comes to defense. Sheffield United's match against Liverpool surprised me quite a bit, although Liverpool continued to dominate the first half but they were only able to score 1 goal and even then as a result of mistakes made by the Sheffield goalkeeper who was able to be used well by Nunez, I think previously against Sheffield will be easy for Liverpool because indeed Sheffield United is currently a weak opponent for Liverpool,  Maybe it's too early to judge Liverpool's performance when the game still has one half left, but if Liverpool don't immediately get another goal then it is not impossible if Liverpool will be depressed later because I see if Sheffield United often launch dangerous attacks.

Already leading 2-0, they were actually able to close the first half at 2-2. I said they were still careless.

You are right, which team to win the match won't be determined by which team scores first. Although Chelsea could lead 2 goals in the early of the match, Man United could equalize it. Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes scored 2 goals in minute 34' and 39'. Now, Chelsea and Man United have the same scores (Chelsea 2 vs 2 Man United). Although Chelsea still more dominated the match but Man United look playing more effectively. So, the match is very tight and interesting. I hope there will be another goal although I think the match looks to end with a draw.

I did not expect otherwise from Liverpool in today's match and Liverpool being the first position holders of the league will try as much as possible to win the rest of the games that they will be confronted with subsequently. Sheffield United wouldn't be an obstacle following the fact that Sheffield are the bottom liners in the table standing of the league right now.  

The match that I'm looking forward to is that of Liverpool against Manchester United and that will be a big opportunity for Liverpool to move ahead and to get a clearer picture of their position in the league. Liverpool cannot afford to draw in that match like Manchester United and Chelsea did today. If they go on to the end of the match in a draw, it will place them in a dangerous position because one point would only make their chances of winning this title slimmer. Yes, maybe that's the reason why so many Premier League fans are so familiar with Chelsea's bad habits of always being able to score early or getting a bigger score, but in the second half they often change their playing strategy and whether this is the coach's fault or whether it's the defender's fault it was definitely bad in the second half, you can definitely see how bad Chelsea can get under continuous pressure and end up conceding.

Despite seeing "Conor Gallagher" of Chelsea scoring the first goal at 4 minutes, and seconded by "Cole Palmer" 15 minutes later, it's quite unfortunate that this game is likely to go in favor of Man-United, despite the fact that Chelsea do actually need this goal to enable them rank 10th on the premier league table, far better than Man-United who even if they win tonight's game 3 points, they will still need extra 4 points, so as to enable them win Tottenham Hotspur who is currently at 5th place on the table.  But however, I hope to see how the game ends, as I strongly hope to see  Mauricio Pochettino perform a miracle Tonight.

OK, so, like I knew that Chelsea was going to defeat Manchester united in their match tonight, I said it clearly that Chelsea wasnt a club to be messed around with due to how they have given alot of other big clubs a really tough match in the past, unfortunately for Manchester united, it looks exactly like they really were not prepared enough to their encounter with Chelsea, or possibly, they under-estimated chelsea due to the fact that they are way behind in the Premier league table, very unfortunate that Manchester city, being the favorite in this match, had to at the end of the day, concede defeat from the underdogs.

Anyways, it was a great match, I didnt have the time to watch every part of the game, but for the little I watched before emergency came calling, I would say that, both team played a very good game, but like I said before, Manchester united under-estimated chelsea, and honestly, I don't feel any pity for Man united, in fact, I feel they really deserved the defeat they got, atleast, this should teach them a lesson.

It was a hard win for Chelsea, having dominated the game in the first 30 minutes of the match then went into the half time with a draw, Manchester united scoring their 3rd goal taking the lead, it was a big slap already to Chelsea, not being able to maintain their goal lead, it happens almost all the time and it's getting out of hand, we still don't know where the cause is coming from, the coach or player, both should be dragged in because I saw Chelsea getting very reluctant and less defensive when they had the lead. All thanks to Palmer, what a savior he is for not missing the penalties just like Sterling would have done, it all ended delightfully for the blues.

Chelsea are back to 10th position and Manchester united are down to 6th on the table, having a goal difference of minus 1, I hope they aswell win their next match.

That's him. Chelsea's best signing of the 2023/2024 season. As a City outcast, I wasn't expecting Palmer to perform this well on a mid Chelsea team but he has done so well for this Chelsea even more than overhyped players like enzo and Caicedo combined has done. I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed the Chelsea vs Man Utd game because despite being high scoring, it was mostly an end to end game.

I didn't bother to place any bet because it was the battle of the mids and it could very well go anywhere and it did. Congratulations to Chelsea team and its fans.
