Roma is not a strong candidate to win UEL and this club is playing like shit. Slavia praha is far better than roma and people are doing it right by said that if liverpool or leverkusen are strongest candidate to win europa league this season.

The situation is fifty-fifty now because this could be an advantage or it could make things worse for Roma.
Roma currently have players who are still quite good, it's just that for the problem of changing coaches this will definitely cause a new transition from differences in schemes and plans from Mou to De Rosi.

Mourinho comes across as outdated, as uninterested in his club. I think he decided to stay with Roma at the beginning of the season because he didn't want to look like everyone else who left their clubs for the money only. I am thinking about Gerrard here who made a bad move so early in his career.

I can't imagine how Xabi Alonso would accept an offer from Saudi Arabia within the next decade or so. He would damage his career. Mourinho is older and I think now the time has come to go there if he wants to.

I didn't expect AS Roma's decision this time really fired Mourinho, who in fact has had a big influence on Roma, even though they haven't achieved the expected results, namely competing in the UCL but at least with Mourinho, AS Roma has wons the European Conference title and reached the final of the European League even though they failed to win trophy. That's true and im also concerning it. It doesn't mean i dislike him but his experience in coaching a club was very minimal. It makes him has become a very wrong choice by roma's management. The club can do better but im doubting it. It seems like that de rossi was not also need expensive contract.
It makes roma was hiring him as a new coach. No doubt that this team was a very poor team that is very stingy at the same time. The club is not even having the willingness to hire a good coach to replace mourinho's position.

Rossi is a transitional coach, a temporary option. As I understand it, Mourinho was fired urgently, so Roma did not have time to find a replacement (plus it is unlikely that a serious coach will coach Roma right now in the middle of the season with unclear prospects but a high level of expectations) and they will be looking for a coach by the summer to coach Roma for next season.

None of them have a passion to become good coaches. They were always bringing their clubs to another disaster. Just because someone like rossi has a big name in roma as a legend and it doesn't mean he can make the club to play properly in the upcoming matches. I would still trust mourinho instead of him, which is not having any achievement in coaching the professional football club.

Roma was losing its respect to the mourinho after roma was consistently losing the game. It sounds nonsense but this roma. Roma will be big as long as it can trust the process. Losing is something normall in the football.
Jose mourinho has a very good achievement as a coach even though he was very often being sacked. I meant jose mourinho was rarely coaching the clong for long time.

Once he reached more than 2 years and he has always been sacked by the club. Mourinho may be seeing saudi way as alternative way to get the job. There was no good offer came to him. Roma may be struggling in europa league without him.

You're right. It seems AS Roma to leave UEL soon. It is a bit impossible to see them in the final UEL again this season. It is too hurry to replace Mourinho in the middle of the competition, ideally AS Roma management should fire Mourinho when the season ends.

Even though Roma performance in Serie A is not as consistent as expected, Mourinho influence is still very big when Roma plays in European competitions. I also feel the same way, Roma progress in the Europa League will soon end because they are currently being evaluated after Mourinho departure. Roma immediately appointed De Rossi as the new coach after firing Mourinho, but it seems that Roma is not too sure about their decision to appoint De Rossi as Jose Mourinho replacement coach. He is only contracted until June and his coaching capacity is still poor in experience.

Yes, it true that Roma doesn't look strong in serie A, but if Roma can compete at UEL under Mourinho coaching, there will definitely be changes, like in the case of Sevilla, which wasn't very good last season but was successful getting the title at UEL.

This decision definitely has something to do with all of this and Roma under de Rossi is not very convincing but we'll see if there will be any changes because even though he's not very popular yet, De Rossi is a former Roma player in the past and appointed De Rossi as Roma head coach I hope to get up soon but for me it impossible.

Respected and? Is that enough if he cannot do better than Jose Mourinho? Lol I would love to see his experience in the coaching game. The management must be really inspired by Xabi Alonso, they also wanted to explore and work with a young coach, the season still has good number of weeks ahead, it's either they do better or go down sinking below.

There's a big difference between Xabi Alonso and De Rossi.

Xabi Alonso played in 4 top teams, while De Rossi only one.
Xabi Alonso brought Real Sociedad B from Primera Federación to La Liga2, while De Rossi make SPAL 2013's ranks go lower before he was joined.

It's really big mistake Roma's management want to trust him.
