Leverkusen were absolutely crazy, they made their supporters hearts almost fall out. Final score 3-2, the match went like in the first leg, they fell behind first. The Qarabag player red card helped Leverkusen in the final minute. The final aggregate was 4-3, Alonso squad really didn't want to be defeated, the match was very dramatic, and finally they qualified for the quarter finals.

When Leverkusen was down with two goals, I nearly give up on them to win at home. It was amazing that they advanced to the next round. However, Leverkusen isn't playing as well as they did at the start of the season, so I wasn't expecting the match to be so weak and concede to goals at home. After Qarabag players were given red card, Leverkusen conceded another goal against ten players. This surprised me because, Leverkusen we have known from the beginning of the season almost lost against 10 players, if not for the red card, their unbeaten streak would have ended yesterday. To advance to the final round, they must do better in the next round.

In last three games Leverkusen opponents received card, Leverkusen's appear to have started to play worse because despite this, Leverkusen managed to score two goals. I'm not comfortable with Xabi Alonso and his team's current performance, so they shouldn't let their supporters down by losing to the Bundesliga title this season.

I heard some talks going on like Leverkusen unbeaten run will finally come to an end, Leverkusen are not good with European competitions and so many more but after seeing a Qarabag player receive a red card i just knew that there is still a whole lot of game and drama to witness. I just had so much believe in Leverkusen to turn things around but at 90th minute i didn’t expect them to win though i was only expecting a draw and probably win at extra time or penalty shootout. It would be unfair if they lose their unbeaten record to Qarabag and also exit the competition at such early stage.

I admire their mentality of never giving up until it’s over, it was a crazy performance from them and i think they deserved to win. It shows how ready they are to winning a trophy this season, I don’t think they will lose the Bundesliga to Bayern Munich with such mentality.

Leverkusen staged the most interesting comeback seen in the Europa this season because at some point I was almost at the point of think they are already on their way to experiencing their first loss ever this season but then they took me by surprise with their comeback, it was very obvious they made good use of the res card quaraberg got in the second half and that was their advantage well utilized.

Leverkusen is still scaling greater heights this season and the win has further get them to be sure of the next rounds of the Europa league game this season, Leverkusen by every game keep giving us the mindset that they are capable of winning the Europa this season, they are trying to look like the real Madrid of the Europa and the Manchester city of the Europa, these two are teams that until the final whistle don't write them off just yet because they can still be magical just in the final minutes of the game just as Leverkusen git three goals within the 60th to the last minute.

Quaraberg actually did tried their best but I think it wasn't good enough to get them to the position they would have wanted to be because they had a even tough team than they were so they actually couldn't even with their two goals advantage ahead, they didn't have the right strategy to keep their defense strong enough from conceding goals that will cause them not to win this game but they tried.

Liverpool saw their best performance due to which they managed to score a total of 11 goals in Leg-1 and Leg-2. Liverpool's impressive performance against Sparta Prague was truly impressive, showing the strong attacking play they have shown in the Europa League this season. The strong attack that Liverpool currently have against Sparta Prague was a true contest as they have come a long way in competing in the Europa League. And this season, if Liverpool can show such a strong performance, then they will definitely qualify to be champions. Liverpool went into the quarter-finals with the highest total at the moment and the goals they scored were enough for them. Liverpool have been in great form in the Premier League and their strong attack in the Europa League could be one of their best wins this season. And Liverpool's best performance and strong attack this season, if they do well in the next matches, it will definitely be possible to reach the final match.

It was a very sad match for Sparta Prague. In fact, we all predicted that the match would result in a lot of goals like this. In European matches, Liverpool can be really brutal against teams as strong as Sparta Prague. We have seen many times in history that they won matches by scoring more than five goals. A similar situation happened in this round as well and they managed to advance to the next round with a quite large difference. In fact, we can understand how much they want the championship by the number of goals they score

Hahaha so funny, miracles seems to happen when a team is in mad form and that is how you know a team that will end the season well just as Liverpool always get lucky with extra time goals to secure themselves points it means the season will be a success for them. Leverkusen needs to step up and not let such things happen again because they might not be as lucky again and if it should happen against a stronger side then their unbeaten run will surely come to an end. Everyone who loves football will want to see Leverkusen take this run till the end of the season because of the way they play, it will be interesting to see them take it to the end of the season.

They need to more careful and not concede 2 goals to any team in such manner especially in European competitions, the competition is getting tougher as they progress towards the final so this is the most challenging part where they need to be more serious and consistent with their play.

Milan - Roma, it is such a thrilling matchup to be followed.    We have been witnessing Italian teams facing each other in these tournaments in the recent years quite often. You would remember the Napoli - Milan and Milan - Inter ones from the Champions League last season. Now we have this matchup in the Europa League.

Milan have seemed as a bigger favourite for the Europa League title according to bookmakers so far. It is still like Milan are seen around two times closer than Roma for the title. However I actually see these teams having similar chances. Especially after the improvement came by De Rossi, Roma are in a really great shape.    I think I will give Roma a chance to get past this phase.

maybe you misunderstood what I said and I will explain again here.
If we discuss the winner of the second leg match, Brighton could definitely win when playing at home.
but if we talk about who will qualify for the next round, I have already said that Roma will qualify because whatever results Brighton gets will not affect Roma guarantee of qualifying.
so Roma would not waste a lot of energy and would rather defend as best they could and in the end Brighton won this match but did not qualify.

is De Rossi's first match against the same team playing in Serie A. For me, this should be an interesting match. in particular, for De Rossi to measure the strength of his team against teams that are both competing in Serie A. Leverkusen are so lucky to make it to this stage with narrow win, they have improve in the performance if not  they will also find it hard to win West Ham, I was among those that were saying the unbeaten record will come to an end but the escape the danger but with still I smiled the end soon. Liverpool finally get the highest aggregate and now the will be facing Atalanta for the next round, Leverkusen and Liverpool can meet in final if the both teams make it there.
