While Roma has good players, their play hasn't been particularly strong even in their home league of serie A. Although games always change and it's possible that Roma will outperform Milan in the match, that will be extremely difficult for Roma given their poor season-long performance. As a result, I believe Roma will not perform as they would like in the Champions League. Instead, Roma will play in the Europa League the following season.

When Roma hired a new coach, I thought they would perform well and be in a good position to play in the Champions League because of how well they performed under the previous coach. However, after a few days, their performance deteriorated. Roma's performance has improved since Danielle De Rossi took over as manager, they have only lost two of their previous ten games, but this is not enough to trust their performance at this time. Milan and Roma's last two meetings were not good for Roma because Ac Milan defeated Roma this season both at home and away. Ac Milan's last games showed that they are in better form than Roma, and their last two meetings demonstrated that Roma will be unable to compete with Ac Milan in their next Europa game. Though Roma qualified for the quarterfinals after having a chances to scored plenty goals against Brighton in their first leg.

Paul Dybala missed their last game against Sassuolo, while Roma struggled to win, I believe De Rossi should hope that Dybala will return before their next meeting against AC Milan, as he is the only player capable of scoring many goals for them. Are you referring to their recent draw results? I wonder if a change of motivation will change how they play in the Europa League. I believe I see a lot of comments that suggest a team like Atalanta who probably doesn't have a good shot at the Champions League or winning their domestic league would rather focus on cup competitions or the Europa League. They did manage to win against Liverpool in the past, didn't they? But it is hard to tell if that happens because they become more clinical or other factors affect them.   I believe that Liverpool has everything it takes to be champions in this season's UEL, their only challenge may be Leverkusen though but they're definitely up for a competitive game. They've got the players and skills with both teams having the same goal and vision ahead of the competitions too. They're the two strongest and toughest team in the contest and I won't be surprised if they conquer all their opponents till the final stage.

 In the Europa League, there's been top contending teams from the start till the current stage of the contest. Even though days back, the playoffs stage was concluded and there we saw few teams earn advancement tickets. Well from the beginning of the tournament, we know that it'll only be the tough teams that'd survive. Also predicting the winner this season would be hard as there are a number of tough teams to pick from.

 The highest we can do is to just analyze these teams based on their overtime performances this season and bringing that in the picture, the highest probable winner would be Leverkusen, then Liverpool and any other team behind. In essence it's safe to say that if the draws are favourable, then Liverpool would battle with Leverkusen in the final game of the tournament. For me, I'll really love to see the heated game between Leverkusen and Liverpool in the UEL soon though and I have a feeling they'd be made to play against themselves.

The Europa League quarterfinal match is like an ordinary Serie A match because it brings together two big teams from Italy, but I think it will actually be a special attraction for us not to miss the match, currently AC Milan does dominate the victory over Roma in Serie A, but believe me it will not apply in the quarterfinal match later because indeed both teams have greater motivation to be able to Go as far as possible in the race for the Europa League trophy title this season.

I don't see AC Milan being unstable lately, and in their five matches in all competitions the result is always a win and they always score more than two goals in every match and that's cool, including when playing at home against AS Roma.
And even though under De Rossi's guidance AS Roma looked different and got better, I don't think AS Roma will easily beat AC Milan at home. But what is certain is that this will be an interesting match and both of them will play very well and are serious about qualifying for the next round.
