It was as if the match was played in one basket.
Pana stopped the bad trend in this way.
They returned empty-handed from the Spain away game and returned with two zeros.
Fenerbahçe will take the stage today.
I hope I'm wrong, but Olympiakos will beat Fenerbahçe with home advantage.😔

We should pay credits to Panathinaikos, but that was most typical this season Zalgiris. They're literally best team in whole Eurleague in 1st half and completely worst after halftime:
Even when they have 15-20 lead at halftime, it looks like safe bet to go against them on live markets.

LOL, that's some funny statistics. I wonder where is HUGE gap is coming from. I mean it must be a mentality problem. Sure, opponents can come back in the 2nd half, that's nothing new. But when it's happening over and over and over again it's not the other team, it's you.

Aside the 3rd quarter Kaunas won by 2 points they lost the other 3 quarters which shows they have not been able to adjust to Bayerns play.

What a shocking loss for Partizan in the serbian derby against Crvena Zvezda. Partizans defence was just terrible they gaved away so many offensive rebounds that gaved Crvena Zvezda too many shots. Plus that foul in the last second was just a huge mistake that gaved us the loss

Not sure what was more stupid - Brown foul on last seconds or Partizan fans throwing things to Nedovic before free throws. Not really sure what they wanted to achieve with it, they're just doing worse for their own club. You can't think about getting A license if you will do such things. While that foul, Nedovic wasn't even in good position to makeshot. Vut I feel sorry for Brown, his face after foul tells all.

Trinchieri is decent coach, but fact that he failed to win any national league tells something about him. Yeah, he failed to do it having such teams like Bamberg in their best times, Partizan, Bayern and Zalgiris.
And another thing - Zalgiris was one of leading teams after several rounds, but after arrival of Lonnie Walker they got just few wins. I'm not making any conclusions, it's just numbers.

True, especially Madrid @ Efes has super even odds with Real being like a 1 point favorite. Pana is favored a little bit higher against Fener but as you have said these 2 games can easily go both ways. 1 quick run can decide the whole story, you never know what's gonna happen.

Eurocup and Champions League also slowly approach the interesting phase with only limited games to play in the pool phase. Saw a lot of surprised in those cups this season, much more than in the EL which is quite predictable at times.

Nah, they never had the game in the bag actually. I mean, at what point would that have been the case? Sure they had the ball and a 2 point lead like 30sec before the end of the game, but they couldn't run out the clock so whatever happens Pana would have gotten the ball back.

Fener made 1 huge mistake, they took the final shot too early. I mean when you have the ball in a tie game and no shot clock you HAVE to take the last shot, like 2sec before the end max. And what do they they do, take a contested 3 with 5sec to go, what a brain fart.  Pana then getting the ball just to get fouled, just to win it on the line was well deserved. If you are Fener and deliver such a bad possession in such a crucial situation you don't deserve the win, plain and simple.

Fenerbahçe gifted the match it had in hand to Panathinaikos with a mistake in the last seconds. While Nigel was having a very good game, trying to make a three-pointer while making the last attack is a rookie move. Go to the hoop there and you'll get the worst foul. When he tried to shoot a three-pointer, the ball hit the backboard and Pana returned to his attack. On top of that, he committed a foul. Pana team is smart anyway, the match is 90-90, why should they take both shots, they made the first one and missed the second one and we lost.
The match was competitive from start to finish and we were defeated, but we fought well as a team in this hall.
The match was like a final four match.
If luck is on our side this year, we can win the Euroleague as Fenerbahçe.  We will host Real Madrid on Thursday in the double match week. Real sometimes beats us in our own home arena, we have to be careful.

I think this season Euroleague is more exciting than previous years. Except for the top 3 teams, the numbers of wins and losses are close to each other. Having defeated Olympiakos away in the first match yesterday, Paris Basket was defeated by Oly in its home field. I observe a decline in Paris. Tomorrow night, he will play away against Virtus, who is in poorer form than him. If he is defeated there too, the decline will continue sharply.
This year, Partizan draws my attention and they seem to be in good form in the last matches. Obra is slowly building its own team. If they increased their budget a little more, Partizan would be the team that would win the championship or play in the Final Four. Virtus was the superior side in terms of play in the first quarter, but the next quarters were easy for Partizan.
Virtus actually has a good group of players, but it seems interesting to me that they cannot reflect this on the field. They need to find a younger group of players. The players they have are good, but they are a little old. This causes them to have difficulty finishing the matches. I will follow the Paris matches and see what the experienced Virtus will do while they are both out of form.

Whatever happened in the Fenerbahçe match, they played a very bad second period and this is where the difference widened. It was a head-to-head fight in other periods.

Real Madrid dosent have the team to win the euroleague this season,other teams have uped their quality and they just arent that good this season. I think for them they can call this a winning season if they reach playoffs somehow. Also match to watch tonight is Monaco vs Partizan. Monaco playing with 3 of their best players against a team that has won for the first time ever 3 in a row in away games.

Sur Madird is far behind expectations but looking at their roster I would never count them out of anything. They have 2 problems of course, their team is kind of old and they also have some players missing that are crucial for their success (Musa, Herzonja, Deck).
Currently Real is not even on a playin spot but after the next 2 games in the EL which are not easy (Barca at home and in Pana) their schedule looks much better with @Virtus, Lyon, Milano, @Zvezda, Paris. Especially those first 3 should be must wins for them since they are doable but also against direct opponents in the midfield.
