Website is online. I can Access my Account But nothing happened in recover my funds (which they have proof!)!

That's why I was yesterday at the local police station! I'm really pissed and fed up of this situation! They threaten against me and gjpminingco but never gave you, the users, useful informations!

Their new announcement in support area it's only that a response can take now a while. But you'll never get an answer. Not via email, not via skype and not via their support ticket system.

They got old records, calculated some funds (and make them
Proof with this) bit they won't recover it.

So maybe it's the Russian way of life or the normal behavior. But I don't think so. It's the behavior of a two year old child, of a robber or a not smart person. This is a behavior of a person. Who want to steal only large amount of money. And that's why I involved the German police yesterday.

Now it's a big, international fraud crime.

A small Tip is welcome everytime Wink

Did anyone see their new category on their Website? Their "Terms of Use"

This Agreement governs your use of the 50BTC pool. By using the Pool or registering an account on the website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions in this Agreement you may not use the Pool.
The 50BTC staff may modify this Agreement and any policies affecting the Site at any point of time.

50BTC is a distributed bitcoin mining pool. Users participate in collective rewards according to the speed of the calculations they provided. Reward is based on PPS/DGM PPLNS billing method, which means that user gets a share of the summary mining value for sending valid shares matching current job template.

50BTC is not a bitcoin wallet or custody or any financial institution in any aspect. Pool operator is not responsible for any loss of caused by any reason while working with the pool. Bitcoins carry a high level of risk, any kind of losses has to be handled by the user.

Once coins have been sent from the pool it is up to each user to track their coins and ensure payment details are correct on the site. Transactions can not be undone by the pool.

The uptime of the pool or website is not guaranteed, maintenance and downtime may be required at times. Users are responsible for configuring their miners so that they will automatically switch to all the pools we offer or a backup pool in the case of downtime.

Accounts which are inactive for longer than a year (no login to web profile, no mining activity) may be deleted. Remaining bitcoin balance will be considered as a pool donation.

Neither 50BTC nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

The content of the pages of the website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

https://50btc.com/terms

So now its proof, all old miners are screwed... Thank's a lot for this guys, but it's a pitty (for you) that you never had them before the attacks Wink

In other words, you got a server in germany, got an german translation, so a part of your services are designed for german customers so it eligable for german law. And your Terms are against the law.

I myself have come to just accept I lost my BTC, my fault for not keeping it in a wallet over the time, It was for me just a hobby, and I let the btc build to reasonable levels, (i know at one point I was at 25btc and never took it out). When I finally decided to Pre-order a TH rig, I logged in and was surprised at my 83 balance. But just figured that is what happens when you just have your stuff running and never check the balance. So I figured at 250/btc to pull it all out and get the miners...

I file the withdrawl (fyi this was months ago), it sits as pending. I figure ok well ill check tomorrow. Well here we are now. I left them msgs NO response of help just one on the 24th asking for my previous balance and hash info. I even offered up the fact when I wanted them their value was way less than now. I also even offered them just cover the btc to buy one of the th miner preorders .... Still a week later no response.  It is a shame, I would have liked to order a th as my my current about 80gh is not so much. (between first worker there to now my rate went from 330mh to as high as 150gh and now just 80gh)

So 50btc I hope that I hear back from you. I am willing to meet somewhere less. I do get the hack. I do get the fact I was stupid and should have never let them combine that high on a pool. (despite the fact i wasn't going to use them till now) So, you let me know. All I want is a th miner pre order. At this point Ill take a 1 th instead of the intended 2.5 or 3 th i had in mind.

(FYI I didn't check because i was recovering from surgery for almost 6 months and my stuff just runs)

I still don't understand how they can continue to promote their services on a big forum like BitcoinTalk when so many people got robbed.

If they got hacked and stolen, it's their responsibility and must refund the users one way or another. What they are doing is literally robbery and they should be dragged to court.

Good luck with that... especially when your lawyer will ask you about the ToS.

This doesn't mean that it's okay that they don't refund the money, I lost about 1 BTC myself from my account so obviously I'm not happy with it. But the most efficient way not to get ****ed again is just to set the auto payout threshold as low as reasonable (i.e. at least once every day).

A lawyer will say you, that the TOS are not lawful.
They will also ask you if the TOS were published to the Date when registered. And every Screenshot says "no".
In german rights: you have to announce every change of a TOS and send every customer an e-mail or a mail by postial services. The customer got now a 4 week "Sonderkündigungsrecht". When the customer say nothing the new TOS will become lawful.

So their first mistake: They didn't announce the ToS so there will be no ToS.
Second mistake: German webserver, German Translation, so designed for german customers --> german law (really i am not kidding, but it's only useful for my case (if you are not germans))
third mistake: no ToS on the date i registered (some screenshot as evidence)
fourth mistkae: no communication, no recover of the funds...

any court or any lawyer would confirm what i say.

A small Tip is welcome everytime Wink

At this point please mark them with the trust feature on the website. I know I did. They are thieves and liars.

I am talking to a international law firm about bringing legal action against them. If i cant get the coins I can size their Intellectual property and servers.

Agree +10000!

Same happens with me: I had a lot "withdraw requests" on 50btc.com. I stopped mining on 50btc maybe 2 months ago, having always "withdraw requested" status.
They never sent any microcoin.

When I visited my account before new year there was still "requested status" (for period of several months), in history I had some withdrawals that "has been released" but I never received any penny from that site after spent my time and device there!

Today I visited my 50btc.com account and have new year surprise-surprise: now "renewed website" have ZERO balance. No "pending" from summer anymore, no "withdraw history" - all empty. They even removed my BTC wallet address from "updated website"!

I sent my requests to their mail several times, also sent using support form.
Support never answered to any issue. No one withdrawal has been released after mining with 50btc.com.

Never will use it again or suggest that site to anyone.

If you will need, ask I will send to you my screens from my 50btc.com account. I copy that before they renewed website (and cleared all history from there)

What is the skype for 50btc support?

They have email, but never replied to any issues about payment delay. LOL.
Looks like all of they do is they promoting self website, people mining there having "withdraw scheduled" status, and most people never receive even a penny.

Ah yes.. and also they had store before they updated their website. They "sold" there mining rigs.
Interesting someone tried to buy from there?

So here is nothing new, on their website is nothing new. They even don't respond to support-tickets, e-mail and at skype they never came online since 1-2 weeks.

They are finding no new blocks since 21.11.2013.

So it's is really a big fraud crime.

Ms. Savoskina,

this is the very last attempt: PAY US OUT!
We're not in the Kindergarten anymore we are adult people and you stole our money! Give it back NOW!

Bitmine.ch: Where are our orders via 50btc.com? Ship them immidiately or refund the payments NOW!

I' m not kidding anymore! I don't have the time to believe in you anymore, i already involved the german governments!

I think Europol or Interpol is also interested in this case!
