Once again and last time i will explain it:

First of all i am everything but not a liar.
Second i am only able to say: What i've got before the attacks, during the attacks and now after reset. And i am only able to say what my mining hardware is.
third, yes i am one of the most active persons in this thread. But are you able to imagine why? Because they stole about 20 000 € (~45 BTC which they already confirmed in this thread!!) from me. sorry if someone only steals 100 € from me i will try to catch him. We in germany say: "Aus Prinzip!"

Then, nothing to say against your "hope" points. Maybe they got a new design but really no new HTML-Code (from Scetch) at all. There are many similar parts (too many to say all new...).
Why is bitmine.ch not respinding to ALL their customers? There are many customers which have paid but didn't receive anything. 50btc already in October said "all payments were redirected to bitmine".

With one point you are right: They actually pay, ACTUALLY MINED Coins with coins which were mined in the PAST.  And this is for me fraud. Because this coins they are actually pay to the miners are normally "blackcoins" which they have to pay back to the miners which mined in the past. I hope you know what i'm going to say.

HTML-code is COMPLETELY different. You don’t have to be a professional to notice that code was changed from BEM to Bootstrap.
As for the technical changes, on the old pool system job id were integer and now it’s a guid.

The fact is that they are still working is something. If they wanted to steal all balances, they would just close the service and disappear. Now everything is working, including payouts.

All this “mystery” with the balance looks like a big lie to me… maybe I am wrong and you’re just a victim, but your shady 70 BTC story won’t get you any more trust. If you lied (or whatever you call it) about the balance (the pool already proved it and you forgot about your “70” BTC in a blink of an eye) why they should believe you about your mining equipment? Seems like you just want to make some profit on this story! I won’t surprise if your real balance is near 0.

What did someone Pay You to Write this stuff?

Website Showed me 71 btc, they calculated 45 btc so i will Take the 45 btc before gering nothing. That's number 1. Number 2: I don't have to proof anything. I am able to take pictures and all evidence what I've got and send them to the 50btc crew, no problem but you are not in the position to say I am a liar. I thing you have to learn reading a text before judging. If you read interested and concentrated you may get the clue.
And last thing: I would never involve any govs or the cops if I am an liar. That's against the law (Falsche Verdächtigung, Verleumdnung). Use you translater for it! I am Fed up of this Situation, i am an adult Humen and Anyone is Able to speak and find a Solution with me, but this will Never Happen, Thats why i Went to the govs!

What they are doing is literally robbery and they should be dragged to court.

Good luck with that... especially when your lawyer will ask you about the ToS.

This doesn't mean that it's okay that they don't refund the money, I lost about 1 BTC myself from my account so obviously I'm not happy with it. But the most efficient way not to get ****ed again is just to set the auto payout threshold as low as reasonable (i.e. at least once every day).

A lawyer will say you, that the TOS are not lawful.
They will also ask you if the TOS were published to the Date when registered. And every Screenshot says "no".
In german rights: you have to announce every change of a TOS and send every customer an e-mail or a mail by postial services. The customer got now a 4 week "Sonderkündigungsrecht". When the customer say nothing the new TOS will become lawful.

So their first mistake: They didn't announce the ToS so there will be no ToS.
Second mistake: German webserver, German Translation, so designed for german customers --> german law (really i am not kidding, but it's only useful for my case (if you are not germans))
third mistake: no ToS on the date i registered (some screenshot as evidence)
fourth mistkae: no communication, no recover of the funds...

any court or any lawyer would confirm what i say.

wayback machine will be able to confirm that the ToS was not there on the day of registration as well.

You do know that even if they Pay you since they are commiting Fraud, That any agreements you make with them are Null and Void, which means if they tell you to not speak to anyone about what they talk to you about you dont have to listen to them

So... does that mean the people who DID have "moderate" balances AREN'T complaining?
Or that there wasn't anyone on 50btc at the time the payout stops happened with large balances?

Does this mean the high rollers DID get paid by 50btc, and therefore aren't speaking up here, and that 50btc is only shirking small-balance miners?
Well *that's* mind boggling.

Either they:

1) aren't paying anyone, and that includes high and low balance miners,
2) OR they paid off their 'big players' but not their small miners (makes NO sense) so we're only seeing "pocket change" liars here,
3) OR they're only not paying people who are lying about their balances? (whut?)

Seeing as #1 is most certainly the case, "balance inflation" on posts here has zero relevance as far as 50btc's trust, reputation and current actions.

That doesn't make 50btc any less culpable.
The -fact- is, that everyone who mined at 50btc (and that's a lot of people) have had their transactions in-process cancelled, and their balances reset to 0.000000.
This is the issue.

 This made me feel positive about 50btc again. Waiting next corrections.
Keep your work good guys, I have feeling soon I will back to 50btc and continue to work there.

Except you can't know that for sure. If they started to use new generation addresses, no coinbase sig and didn't claim the block, you'd never know if a block had been solved.
