Kids are fast learners, very inquisitive and develops sudden interests in things they see their parents or guardians doing, so it's your duty as a parent to sort the information you expose to your children.

Nah, disagree all around.  My father gambled in front of me for as far back as I can remember.  My parents would often take us (my brother and myself) on a trip to a casino that was a couple hours away.  Half of the casino was adult gambling games, the other half was an arcade for kids.  What my father didn't do was encourage me to gamble, taught me right from wrong when it came to gambling and how old you need to be etc.

That is actually a real problem that I see among parents. Sometimes, when I see they play with kids (does not matter if it is gambling, board games or sports games), they play like they compete against equal adult. That is really annoying when I see adults beat kids, let say in chess, and call it as a valuable lesson, because kids needs to learn that the life if tough.
