I don't know what the rules are in your country but in most countries with low economy, morals and human values are gradually being corrupted by material things like money, the law is also based on money to handle and no one really cares what you are doing in such a society, whether you gamble at work or in public, people who see it don't want to get involved, they also don't look directly at your morality, sometimes it's just normal in their eyes. Of course, you will get fired from your job and lose the opportunity to make money. But that is the most serious case that has happened to several people who work while gambling because I saw when I visited a shop there was an employee who was alone and focused on playing Mobile Legend.
