The number can't be as high as you make it look here. First, it is not everybody who is working that gambling, and secondly, it is not all gamblers that are irresponsible ones who do it anyhow, and third, it is not all jobs that will even permit them to think of their gadgets, not to mention of being able to gamble with them.

Perhaps you misunderstood me. Obviously the employer is the boss and mainly creates the rules that would enable a professional and productive workplace. What I’m against are employers not being accountable for anything as the rules governing everyone else doesn’t apply to them.

When the rules apply to some and not to others, there is bound to be abuse which would lead to a toxic working environment. Such a working environment wouldn’t motivate employees to put in their best.
As the CEO of an organization, I know just how valuable a motivated staff is. Provide a good and safe work environment and keep them happy and satisfied. Then watch how they would willingly grow your business.

As I said before, we have our own way of enjoying gambling. If you choose to spend time with your family after work, such as eating or traveling, and gambling at other times, that's no problem because it's your own choice. You are really that indeed playing on the right place and on the wrong time on which it isnt really that bad if you do play into your vacant time but if you do play on your work hours

If you are gambling when you are supposed to be working, it doesn’t make any sense to me, but if you are gambling when you are free at work, then I don’t see anything bad in that, you can just be having fun, and I don’t think it’s going to affect your work performance at all. But when you are at work hour and still gambling, it doesn’t make sense to me because you are going to be distracted and you won’t give your work full attention, which will affect you. If you want to gamble, then maybe when you are on break at work, you can just decide to gamble for a few minutes before you resume work, and if you are resuming back to work, then you have to stop gambling immediately, don’t gamble during the work hour.
