Dear users and friends,

We are writing to inform you of the status of Betnomi and our commitment to fully refunding all user balances.

In June, we faced significant internal challenges related to the company's long-term financial outlook and ownership structure. To address these issues, we temporarily suspended operations and initiated a restructuring process with a focus on long-term profitability. During this time, it became clear that continuing to work with the existing owners was no longer viable, and we terminated the partnership.

Unfortunately, following this decision, certain individuals engaged in backroom deals to extract Betnomi's intellectual property and resources for the purpose of launching a new casino independently. These actions resulted in significant damage to Betnomi and its users. Critical system resources were restricted, and the database became inaccessible, preventing users from withdrawing their balances.

We have since learned that our database was compromised and potentially sold to another casino platform that falsely claimed Betnomi had rebranded. We are pursuing legal action against this entity.

Fortunately, we have successfully retrieved a backup of our database and are working with regulators to develop a plan for fully refunding all users. This plan will be announced in the coming days.

Due to several legal actions that are pending against those who stole our intellectual property and those who wrongfully gained access to our systems and falsely claimed to be associated with us. The outcome and duration of these cases are uncertain. Therefore, we have decided to permanently cease operations and stop using the Betnomi brand in our best interests.

Over the past two years, we have developed our own casino software, risk management engine, and other valuable intellectual property worth millions of dollars. We intend to leverage this expertise to rebuild a stronger brand in the future.

We will provide an update on our reimbursement plan and schedule as soon as possible.

Betnomi Refund Plan

As announced a few days ago, it is our primary duty and responsibility to ensure that every user on our platform receives a complete refund. We are now progressing to the next phase of our refund process by opening a 30-day window. During this period, any user with a balance on our platform can initiate a withdrawal request.

Please be aware that after this 30-day withdrawal window, we will not be processing any further withdrawal requests.

Our objective is to facilitate a swift and seamless withdrawal process. Although we anticipate some users may attempt to submit fraudulent withdrawal requests, we assure you that we will meticulously verify all information before processing any requests. We strongly advise against wasting time on submitting fictitious claims.

Refund requests from users whose accounts have been closed or suspended due to fraudulent activities before the cessation of operations will not be processed. We have already identified and flagged such accounts.

What if all users have been refunded and you build back good reputation, are you coming back or no Betnomi again?
Something a right thing that must done and this is really a good news into those Betnomi users out there. Is the amount will really be fully 100% refunded or would really be just getting a partial?

@Betnomi, just like on what similar question above, do you have plans on making some comeback into this market? Why you havent made out that immediate
announcement about on what happened? This would really might be taking a long legal procedure knowing that there are really those
entities involved specially on stole something. Good news that you have getting it back.

Now the best thing is to gradually resolved problems and build up again the trust and confidence once everything been solved or sort out.

It's genuinely a good news for many players who couldn't withdraw their funds after the casino closed suddenly and without notice. I was playing in the casino days before it stopped and fortunately, I didn't leave any funds there. However I can imagine how challenging and stressing it is for players who left big sums of money and thought they will never recover them.

On the other hand, I must say that Betnomi team and casino will never regain trust and its reputation. The significant mistake made was not informing anyone before this disappearance, leaving us in the dark for months until now. Personally, I wouldn't trust you again even after players are refunded.

To hear that you want to refund your custormenrs their money is a good news and a right step in a good direction because the crisis that has rocked Betnomi has triggered up a lot of things in the entire atmosphere which has affected the trust in this casino negatively, but I am sure that, all that will change if betnomi keep to their promise by refunding their customers on time.

That's a good comeback that you have given these words to assure that those have thought that you did an exit scam will be refunded/reimbursed on what's left on their accounts on your casino when you have decided to stop operations and gone.

It's the first step that you need to do so that you'll clear the mess that you've left and I think that there are other things that you have to do if you want to retain that reputation that you've got once before.

It may not be easy and quick but you just do the right thing to clear your reputation and retain it back.

It is nice seeing you here again. I was wondering what took the team this long to let the cat out of the bag. The imbroglio going on with the casino is not a new thing though but I think the  team failed to see it and get themselves prepared for it and it took the unawares to the point of costing them their names and reputation. I pray they resolve quickly and the court case not extend too much longer so they can make reimbursement to account holders of the casino and start a new process of restructuring as they have promised.

At least you have been true to this community, as we really didn't expect how everything has been going on behind close doors. And it just sad to hear that the databases has been sold to another casino platform.

And if you are going to pursue them, at least refunded your costumers first, that should be your first priority.

Great, that's what people waiting for and its good that there's a chance that they can recover back their funds on your platform. But also make sure you will not ask more conditions before legitimate users can withdraw their funds since it might dismay them.

Good to hear this news, but it needs to be followed with actions! I didn't have any balance left, so hopefully everybody that had a balance will recover it. It makes sense, when everyone is paid back, to cease all operations on Betnomi as this name will always have a negative reputation. Better start over with a brand new name/concept.

This is a nice platform, I encourage you and also applaud you for that because is not easy and understanding that people or your patronizers who patronised you will be happy for what you have done know, it's over four months this time has happened but you keep on moving and going, so what I understand for investment is to do something that better and very good for other things so that people will come and invest with you at any point in time, what Betnomi team did is encourage and if every platform is like Betnomi nobody will complain of running away with our funds or calling a platform a scam

It's weird though to hear that the owners have issues between themselves? And most likely the other side took everything including the database and create his own online casinos and perhaps using the same name? But we commend what's let of the original owner and then come back here to address all the issues and trying to cleanup everything because they don't have no intentions to scam our community. So we will wait for your further updates and hopefully for those who still have money on this platform, regardless of how big or small it is, should be refunded. And in the beginning, they have established their reputation here as they have a good campaign. But with the issues, I guess it will take a hit. But hopefully, if you have settled everything, the red tag will be removed and you might get your name here.

Fortunately, we have successfully retrieved a backup of our database and are working with regulators to develop a plan for fully refunding all users. This plan will be announced in the coming days.

Among every other statement about the difficulties the company has passed through, I must say that this piece here is what most of the community wants to see you fulfil, as maybe gamblers whose funds are in stock have been longing for a day like this, and many others might have already lost interest and considered it part of their loss. I just hope the team and developers come up with good ideas on how to pay back and it doesn't take time for such a time to come.

And who are you exactly, and where is Sorsis?

We have since learned that our database was compromised and potentially sold to another casino platform that falsely claimed Betnomi had rebranded.
So I was right when I said earlier ho all customer personal information from Betnomi was exposed and used for sending lots of junk spam emails.
I cant count how many spam email I received on address that was only used to register on betnomi.

Why you need to work with regulators though, I mean if you have the data already and I will assume that it also includes the email address of those affected users, you can simply send them an email or even tell them to go here in our community?

We'd be looking forward to seeing when you will refund all customers back their money.

They clearly said that, they have made a great platform and software which is worth millions of dollars, but as Betnomi’s image is not good at all, so they will make a comeback but with different branding.
My question to OP is that, will you associate the new brand with Betnomi? Or it will be completely a new independent company operating in an individual level. Yes, don’t forget to refund the money of the gamblers, that is lost due to the company’s failure.

Yeah that's sad part for a million worth of dollars use to build a platform but turn nothing and I guess they will not use that name since it doesn't sound good as reputation wise since it has negative impression to some users so much better once they launch another platform again then much better if they use new one for fresh start. So hopefully there's no same issue will happen after the refund process done.

Now its up to the old Betnomi gambler if they can still able to gamble since what they go thru is not so easy especially for those person who have huge balance left since imagine the emotional stress bought up by getting scam then for sure they would doubt to spend a lot of money on their new platform again. But not its up for them to prove how good their intention to launch a new platform since if gamblers could able to see some great changes especially to the management who manage it for sure there trust will slowly go back and participate on anything what OP or his team can offer.
