Taco Tuesday push-ups done for the day. Nothing special to report. It’s been oddly overcast lately which I guess is nice as the 100 degree heat approaches. I also saw a few different variations of f-16 fighter planes flying around doing some crazy maneuvers in the sky…

Happy Hump Day! Got my push-ups in today with minimal elbow pain. Managed to get my curls done using my new heavier weighted bar and while I heard some elbow clicking the pain was manageable. Looking forward to seeing what my biceps look like in another couple months.  Grin

It was a tiring day and today is almost over, the weekend is almost here.
Today I only did push-ups, even doing one push-up feels good, I don't have many days without training anymore, I do push-ups even on days when I don't do anything, I keep pushing every day. Smiley
I see that my body is progressing really well and this motivates me even more.

Surely setting an alarm helps me .. sometimes I might know that i have to do pushups, but I don't want to, so then I will set an alarm for 20 minutes, and then do my pushups after then alarm goes off... a little bit of a delay, but not anything that stops me from doing the pushups. 

I will also sometimes punish myself with more pushups if I break certain of my own rules in regards to timeliness of some of the pushups, such as how much of a break that I take between sets.. so surely, if I know that I am going to end up getting punished, then I make sure that I stick to some kind of a standard to do them more or less within a range that I am supposed to do them.

Another thing that I noticed in the past several days is that I have had some pushup sets that I really started out with saying that I would just do the minimum.. and these days my minimum for regular sets is 35 pushups, but then as I am doing the pushups and I reach the 35, then I just tell myself ok... just 5 or 10 more and then i reach 45 or 50, and then I tell myself o.k... just 10 more, and I had a few sets that ended up being 60 or 65 pushups, even though I went into the set considering that maybe I would just do the bare minimum number of 35 and then I end up with many more pushups than expected.

Too late for Wednesday  entry!
Thursday isn’t bad either Smiley..
Nothing's changed , just that i was a little bit lazy this week and i did add some little fat after i skipped 3 days. Well, took it as a  rest , a little wear off isn’t  that bad .
I had just 210 push out of the 540~600 range.. same usual set btw except moday (just a single set of 30pushups).

When you're busy you sometimes forget what you need to do like the daily exercise, almost forget that I have done nothing today, just finished my push up challenge, I think I need to start setting an alarm to remind me.

Surely setting an alarm helps me .. sometimes I might know that i have to do pushups, but I don't want to, so then I will set an alarm for 20 minutes, and then do my pushups after then alarm goes off... a little bit of a delay, but not anything that stops me from doing the pushups. 

I will also sometimes punish myself with more pushups if I break certain of my own rules in regards to timeliness of some of the pushups, such as how much of a break that I take between sets.. so surely, if I know that I am going to end up getting punished, then I make sure that I stick to some kind of a standard to do them more or less within a range that I am supposed to do them.

Another thing that I noticed in the past several days is that I have had some pushup sets that I really started out with saying that I would just do the minimum.. and these days my minimum for regular sets is 35 pushups, but then as I am doing the pushups and I reach the 35, then I just tell myself ok... just 5 or 10 more and then i reach 45 or 50, and then I tell myself o.k... just 10 more, and I had a few sets that ended up being 60 or 65 pushups, even though I went into the set considering that maybe I would just do the bare minimum number of 35 and then I end up with many more pushups than expected.

There are likely some guys who already have physically taxing kinds of activities throughout their day, or they might be in places that are not convenient to do pushups.  Maybe those guys can just do one pushup set when getting up and another before going to bed? 

I am not going to assume that it is easy for anyone to continue to do pushups every day or even 3 times per week.  I feel that if I do not do pushups every single day, then I am going to get into the habit of skipping them.  Right now, since about February 22.. so the last couple of months, I have been doing lunges to accompany most of my pushup sets, so yeah, I create some of my own barriers since it becomes more difficult than just pumping out 20 pushups since I do the pushups first and then the lunges, and right now I tend to do around 40-ish pushups and 30-ish lunges. for each of my sets.. but then sometimes I will incorporate a slow set which might ONLY end up being 20-30 pushups. but I feel that I have not been as good with my slow pushups in the last couple of months, so I do sometimes recognize some aspect of my daily workout that I need to try to improve.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  Resist being labelled as: "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

The table is really showing on how the members are diminish gradually day by day, is it because of the present situation of the countries, or it is an individual tight schedule.

What ever may be the course i pray that good things will still come your ways.

It is not really easy in doing push-ups daily and i want to take this opportunity to appreciate all members that still find out time to keep pushing.

Before i took my bath this morning, i did different kinds of push-ups and also did 6 sets of push-ups by 20.

Since I started I do that same thing like in the morning and night but when your daily activities are tight you just have to choose when to do it, in the morning or night but I choose at night because after doing so I take some cups of water, bath then off to bed, if I don't use that format I believe I would not even try to do anything for that day. Determination is the key to get the job done if not I don't think you my friend double JG can't do it same goes to many of us listed on the draft above so we just have to try and if the body says it can't do nothing for the day is good to allow it be, you what would happen next if we force it.

I doubt that a picture says much of anything, unless there is a before and an after.  sure you may have those and you also might feel better after doing pushups for 93 days, but still there likely need to be a before and after, unless the above pictures are meant to be before and then you will show after pictures later.

I don't have any problem with a little bit of force, since many times we are disinclined to want to push ourselves or to create pain in our body, so sometimes we cannot determine the difference between our body saying something and our mind saying something.

I know that frequently in my youth, I would have had been less hesitant to endure some temporary pain, since frequently there tends to be a decent amount of pent up energy with youth that seems to ongoingly decline with the aging process. So if we might b tired from overwork and/or lack of sleep, that could be a reason to put off doing the pushups, and maybe if we were to go to sleep and skipped doing 40 pushup, then maybe in the morning when we wake up, the first thing that we do is two sets of 40... or maybe 3 sets of 30..  There is no exact rule, but our reason for skipping might have a considerable amount of variance, and our ways to make up for our having had skipped could also have variance depending on the reason that we had skipped.

There could be more legit reasons for skipping, such as an actual injury or some level of sickness, yet even with injury and/or sickness there could "work-arounds" that might potentially apply in some situations yet perhaps do not apply in other situations.  Each of us are judges to our own perceptions of limitations and/or whether we believe that there might b a reaonsable work-around.

I have frequently mentioned that skipping creates its own negative momentum, and sometimes we might not realize our loss of momentum, and surely we have differing personalities, preferences and even habits.  Our habits can contribute to our performance, and I know that when I used to run long distance, I frequently would suggest that stopping (or converting to walking) creates its own momentum, and frequently, I said that for me, once I walk then I am not going to be able to get going again.  Let's say that I was running 15 miles, and maybe I was running around a 10 minute per mile pace.  That is not very fast, but still right around 150 minutes to finish the whole 15 miles.  Maybe there would be various points that I would feel like walking, yet if I trained for doing that kind of distance in that kind of time, maybe I would start with my first few miles at a 12-14 minute pace, an then I would try to end with my last few miles with a pace of around 8-9 minute miles.  For me that would be a successful run that largely still ended up averaging around 10 minutes per mile with a slower pace in the beginning and a faster pace in the end...., which also could be referred to as a negative split since the second half was faster than the first half.  Yet, if I were to walk at any point in the process, I would feel that I would lose my momentum, and it would not be good for my overall run.. even if my goal might be to just continue and to make it through the whole 15 miles, and even if I did not care about the greater goal of achieving a negative split.

There are actually some people who purposefully train long distance running to incorporate walks into their runs, so maybe every mile they run, then they will walk 2 minutes and then continue and run the next mile, so they are purposefully incorporating walking at strategic points into their long distance running.  For me, that would not work, yet I have not been training like that, so I might just have a training bias, even though I personally don't believe in the long distance style that incorporates walking into it.  I think that it is not as good of an approach, even though others  swear by it.

It was a stressful day today but I was able to complete today push up, but it was in 2 ways, I mean two times today but they must important things is , I did it today despite the work stress.
