Today i went to work and my colleagues were asking if I have been gym ing  That my chest and muscles are getting bigger and I simply say No,that am only doing Push-Ups. They is always a reward for hard work, Just see your Day to Day Push-Ups as a game and enjoy the fun and  rewards it brings.

Good morning everyone.

I think is time for me to start summiting my push ups report every morning because for a while now I have not done my push ups challenge, but yesterday I started with 28 push ups in the morning and 28 in the evening that's 56 and it didn't affect me while I was sleeping yesterday because I come to realize that we should always do push ups according to how our body strength can carry, because when you do something above your strength it's going to affect you in one way or another. And this morning I increase it to 30 push ups and i rested for 20 minutes and do another 30 push ups that's 60 and yesterday 56 Total 116 I will continue pushing while Bitcoin reaching $100k challenge.
If you are into the reporting, I think you should follow the report formates as used by other users above so you could be profiled easily as applies.

I think the format as I read it here is,
100k Challenge | Forum Username | Number of Push-ups | Sum Of Push-ups | Date.

Your narrative might follow or precede this but, this way, you wouldn’t have to clog your whole write up. I don’t generally use that format myself but, it’s the most popular and you wouldn’t have to recap on all or consecutive days as you’ve done.

Mean while, don’t forget, no pain, no gain. Perhaps you did sleep comfortably, your body needs to realize you did some work. I think basically my shoulder does feel heavier and it hurts a little when I try to get my back scrub while having my bath. That’s basically it so, you ought to feel it somehow to know your gaining.



My rounds this morning was,
65 inclined wide arm push-ups. Had 5minutes rest time
50 inclined Narrow push-ups. Had 7minutes rest.
25 inclined diamond push ups in roughly 47seconds. Took an exhaustive rest after this and

Did some 60 jumping jacks and that was it. No more till tomorrow perhaps.

There is no substitute for pushups to keep the body fit. Pushups are like a manual exercise. A person starts his fitness work through pushups. But we can be aware of our own fitness from here and start other exercises besides pushups which your body needs. Schedule exercises depending on your fitness. Remember, the happiest person is the healthiest person And the world's greatest wealth is good health

I’m not a frequent visitor at the speculation board and guess I missed this very one

I’ve been having severe pains mostly within my waist region stretching to my upper back up to my neck and it haven’t been an easy one for me.
Lately I’ve been thinking of hitting the gym as I think one of the causes of this pains is lack of exercise as I barely do exercise and joining this push up challenge wouldn’t be a bad idea to start my fitness journey.

I want to know if it’s already late to join this challeng

Honestly speaking this push ups challenge is really helping us to develop more strength to our body, and is also helping us to live a healthy life because been consistent in this challenge is really good, because most of us here was not really good in doing push ups but thankgod for Bitcoin hitting $100k challenge that made us to bring out our mind together, and today now will are really enjoying ourselves with a lot of changes in our body, I think the challenge is just all about having fun.

Of course this thread is inspiring and rewarding for us even to motivate ourselves with the price of BTC at the same time. It is not just for fun but you should understand its inherent qualities. The improvement you are doing to your body through push-up can increase your health manifold and it can give you peace of mind. Initially you may have to bear a lot of pain and feel pain in the whole body but it is better to continue push-up for your health. A combination of the feeling of challenge and the right attitude to keep going can make it more enjoyable and BTC is associated with it.

I haven't been active on this forum for quite some time due to extra workload, but right now I have made a seat-wheel, according to that seat-wheel I will now be able to spend time on this forum every day. This is a very good challenge for bitcoin price 100K, I started doing push ups as soon as I saw this challenge, I managed to do about 40 push ups in one go, I exercise every morning, and I do push ups every day. Usually every morning I do 30-35 push ups. Due to daily push ups my body is very fit it is very beneficial for my body. I took the push ups challenge from today for 100K worth of bitcoins, I will try to do 50 to 60 push ups daily and I will continue with this challenge.

Welcome back to the forum and I'm so glad you've come back and accepted our challenge. In fact, push ups table form has been arranged for those who are doing push ups. The form basically states the total number of push ups of each challenger and how day long they have been doing push ups, the table form is managed by @DirtyKeyboard.

You will also be join on that form, but for that you will have to give a daily detail report, the report is like this:

100k,UserName,DaysofPush-ups,Totalofpush-ups,yyyy-mm-dd

You have to give the report daily according to this report form. As a result, @DirtyKeyboard will add your details to the push ups table form.

Just ended my third round for today morning afternoon and evening (15 15 15)
While on the fun, don't forget to grease your joints parts, around armpits and elbows to avoid or reduce stretch marks...

Thanks for the correction but the example you gave here the month is having single digit  that is 5 instead of 05 , so is the two digit excluded from the month?.

Thanks for the correction but the example you gave here the month is having single digit  that is 5 instead of 05 , so is the two digits excluded from the month?.

I’m not a frequent visitor at the speculation board and guess I missed this very one

I’ve been having severe pains mostly within my waist region stretching to my upper back up to my neck and it haven’t been an easy one for me.
Lately I’ve been thinking of hitting the gym as I think one of the causes of this pains is lack of exercise as I barely do exercise and joining this push up challenge wouldn’t be a bad idea to start my fitness journey.

I want to know if it’s already late to join this challenge
You have not missed this push-up challenge because it is still ongoing, and we will keep doing push-up since bitcoin has not yet reached $100k. Don't be in a rush to include that it is because of lack of exercise that you are feeling pain in your body. I think you should go for a check-up to know what is wrong with your body before you take the wrong medication for the pain in your body. It's not too late for you to join us in this challenge because bitcoin has yet to hit $100k.

Good morning Gamers,

I hope you all are enjoying this game because its full of fun. Today i went to work and my colleagues were asking if I have been gym ing  That my chest and muscles are getting bigger and I simply say No,that am only doing Push-Ups. They is always a reward for hard work, Just see your Day to Day Push-Ups as a game and enjoy the fun and  rewards it brings.

I really think you might have an already well built body before you started this excerise cause I still remember it's not been up to a 2 weeks since you you made your first post here to already have quite the visible results but that's by the way.

I woke up sick this morning and was unable to do any push up, I thought I was just a mild feeling but it lingerd even after my morning run, so later in the afternoon I decided that I shoudl try doing something more intensive to get myself fit and to sweat out a bit, after doing some pushup for about 3 hours straight plus my rest and spread time in as able to do 200 pushup although the feeling didn't leave at the point, right now I'm feeling well. I guess thai is to show how doing excerise can help keep you healthy and strong at times when your body may be sick although it's not a medicine but I can give you strength to still be active throughout the day.

Please take care of yourself, since you are not feeling too well, I don't think you really need to stretch yourself that much by doing up to 200. You can do less, while you are also taking your medication.

My last report was not included  here. My previous report was:

The reason why your push-up report wasn't included in the push-up table was that you didn't include the days of push-ups when you first reported your push-up details, and that is why Dirtykeyboard didn't include your last report in the push-up table. Your days of push-ups and the date you did the push-up should be in two digits so that DirtyKeyboard will add your details to the push-up table.

Even the report is corrected to put the month and the day as two digits each, it seems that the total number of pushups for Proty should not be two digits, so I am not sure if Dirty Keyboard's script is going to read that two digit "03" correctly when it should have been written as just a one digit "3."

How strange the human body is! If you feel pain in any part of the body, you know that it is the most important part. Today I am a victim of such a story. Cramps in the legs.This leg Cramps is a moment that can bring tears to everyone's eyes. This morning, before I got up, my legs felt tight. Which made me cry in a few seconds. The muscles of the leg become very stiff, and the pain is so intense that for a few seconds it feels like cutting off the leg. I couldn't do today's push due to the Cramps in this leg vein. I am deeply sorry.

Next I tried to learn more about muscle pain and found some information, such as:

Pain in the muscles occurs at any time:
1. During sleep, most people get tension in their legs.
2. Many people have leg cramps when they wake up or start walking in the morning.
3. Sometimes the toe suddenly bends while walking.

Why does the muscle ache:
1. Deficiency of calcium, magnesium, potassium in the body.
2. Excessive exercise, exertion or overuse of leg muscles.
3. Dehydration. (This tension increases when the amount of water in the body decreases.)
4. Very cold weather. (Water intake is less in winter, resulting in dehydration in the body)
5. Gestational mineral deficiency.
6. This can be caused by sitting for long periods of time, standing in a rigid position or wrong posture while sleeping.

What to do quickly if you suddenly get a leg vein:
1. Massage with finger pressure on and around the affected area to get rid of hand-foot-toe cramps. Massage should be done in such a way that the stiff muscles gradually become normal.
2. In case of leg cramps, apply light pressure and slow stretching. It is better not to do any other exercise at this time.
3. Use hot bags instead of stretching. After keeping it for 10 seconds, add ice to it. After 10 seconds again give hot bag. In this way, the pain will start to decrease by giving cold and hot compresses.
4. Try to walk away.
5. Do not do anything strenuous if you suddenly get leg cramps. It can put pressure on the tensioned area. So get enough rest.

Drink enough water throughout the day. You can also drink canned water or lemon water to maintain water balance in the body. This is mostly due to lack of water.
