Good day everyone. Please OgNasty I want to make a suggestion on this challenge we are doing. I will love you to give us The total number of people participating in this challenge in figure, in other for us to know if we are growing in number because the higher the number the more effective this challenge will become, majority they say is power. Am not saying is only when we are in majority we can achieve something through this challenge am saying if we no the total number of persons participating it will enable us know how faster we are moving there by making us more productive. Am suggesting you give us the total number of persons participating in this challenge in figure and always update it every week. Concerning the total numbers of pushers participating in this challenge it is been updated by DirtyKeyboard if you can cheek the recent or the current table updated we are 29 participating in this challenge, that is 29 pushers.

I have successfully completed 21 days of this wonderful challenge. I have consistently done 75 push-ups per and divided into three sessions pf 25 push-ups. There was little increment per session but I will not put those into consideration as my target is to maintain 75 push-ups per day for at least 100 days before any adjustment can be made. I'm very heartened by the numerous replies and encouragement to do some pushups.
A friend of mine is a personal trainer, I'll be seeing her next week and will ask her to show me how to do both push ups and sit ups (the former I really can't do while the later I end up moving in a walrus lurching style from one end of a hall or room to the other and look very dorky doing too)
I have a walking app to track my daily walking (usually a min 1½ - 2 miles (2 - 3Klm) per day) so push ups might become a thing I do, too. (Just as an aside, I got advised to "walk up all flights of stairs briskly" for a very short burst of exercise which I've been doing for close to twelve months now).
I'm happy to see you motivated by our replies and effort, but you know there are several apps that you can learn how to do pushups from and can even act as a personal trainer or you can consider watching a YouTube video, it's not as hard as you think unless maybe some complex pushups that requires some experience from trainers, it's just an opinion advice it's also cool for you to meet a trainer. I would have lived to share a link to an app I normally use but I dont think it would work in your location, but you can just search homework out on Google play store and you would see it HOME WORK NO EQUIPMENTS. Today didn't go as expected for me, I was already feeling that I was well st 200 pushups but I failed to reach that threshold today, I got so weak at 180 and the last 20 seemed so impossible, even when I considered resting for a while I couldn't continue, I was only able to do 6 out of the last 20, so I'm not adding it up cause I was kind of disorganised, right now I'm feeling so sore and I guess it's because I'm rushing to much to stay at 200 pushups a day. Almost everyone here wants to do 100 pushups in a short amount of time. I am one of them. Even if the mind wants to, many cannot do it due to physical disabilities. Meanwhile, I was very interested in finding out how to do 100 pushups in a short time without getting physically injured. Searching I found a video where it is possible to do 100 pushups in just 10-15 minutes without getting injured. I will try to do pushups like this video from tomorrow. I am not really into this though, but I think I've become motivated enough to try; just by coming around and reading comments on this thread, 100 push ups a day isn't an easy fit, most especially seeing that Bitcoin has gone farther away from being close to $100k 😁, if I will join this challenge, I will have to start with 20 push ups first, then increase it as I become more and more used to it, hope this is allowed? Here I understand how you feel right now maybe more than others cause cause actually felt this way when I wanted to start, I even sat several days on the decision and would procastinate doing push-ups from time to time, but all that changed when my reason to changed, think of it more as a means to keep fit and stay healthy. You would be surprised how quickly you would get used to it once you get started, you must not start at 100, do what you can, I know that even a kid can do at least 10 a day. You can also try to spread the pushups within the day to reduce the stress and fatigue on yourself and also 3nd up doing more in the process. It's been a while since i last reported here and for a truth I've been quite busy and have little chance to report here, but anyway Im still doing well with my daily pushups and my progress has been quite outstanding and I have been consistently doing 100 pushups for the past 5 days and yo me it's a major progress. A reminder to everyone just starting, I wi is be so easy at first especially if your doing it for the first time, buy as you go on it gets easier and you get better at it. Your arms and chest adding up is a sign that there is improvement in your push-up exercise, you are actually doing your push-up right, that is one of the benefits of performing push-up for it mainly build up our upper body and also our body composition so you are on the right track mate.

For me , I assume that only those whose name are on the table are the only ones officially participating in this challenge and with my calculations we are having a total number of 29 users present in the table as from the last update. However my suggestion is that Dirtykeyboard should include a space for serial number, something like this S/N at the left corner side of the table before the users names indicating their numbers. For me I think the table is more like a register such that if your name is not the register it means that you are not legally participating in the challenge and maybe by so doing other users can take their reporting or records more serious. I know one day Bitcoin will be distributed only those whose names are on the table very funny.

I’m really hoping that people aren’t participating with the hope of receiving BTC at some point for this. Yeh, you can't get up close and personal with an app like you can with a personal trainer. (sly wink) I'll see if I can track down those suggestions too. The reward you should be striving for is the noise your significant other makes when you take your shirt off.

Well do we really need statistic figure or data of participants on this push up for me it's not necessary it extremely voluntary once a person is convinced to do a certain thing there remain commitment, it's this commitment that make him/her to do it even in the absence of any watch or monitoring, you can attain a data today because they lack commitment the figured won't be correct again because some may not keep to it either continue in the process. I noticed that even on our investment process where some person engage on the strategy that they choose, find it difficult to stay to the proposed time frame of investment after vowing for long term holding still sell if their BTC before the due period, you can see that projecting number of person engage is not necessary because the data may not be stable but can only ended up as speculation figure as many may likely drop along they road to the expectations of $100k BTC.

It will be difficult to get the actual number of people participating in this challenge, as people are always getting interest in the challenge everyday. But to get number of people participating and being serious about this challenge you should look at the table that @Dirtykeyboard always update everyday. I know it's not everyone that is participating that are captured in that table, but you will agree with me that those that are really serious about the challenge are the ones that are captured in that table.

I’m not a frequent visitor at the speculation board and guess I missed this very one
I’ve been having severe pains mostly within my waist region stretching to my upper back up to my neck and it haven’t been an easy one for me. Lately I’ve been thinking of hitting the gym as I think one of the causes of this pains is lack of exercise as I barely do exercise and joining this push up challenge wouldn’t be a bad idea to start my fitness journey.

No one can predict exactly when Bitcoin will hit $100k. For those who are already able to complete 100 pushups a day, I think 100 pushups a day is enough to maintain your fitness. Until the price of Bitcoin hits $100k, you can try doing 100 pushups a day as well as walking for 100 minutes. By doing this you can keep your fitness better. If you are not short of time to reach your destination then try to reach your destination by walking. It will save you money and keep you fit and healthy. How beneficial do you think it will be for the body?

Good morning everyone.
I think is time for me to start summiting my push ups report every morning because for a while now I have not done my push ups challenge, but yesterday I started with 28 push ups in the morning and 28 in the evening that's 56 and it didn't affect me while I was sleeping yesterday because I come to realize that we should always do push ups according to how our body strength can carry, because when you do something above your strength it's going to affect you in one way or another. And this morning I increase it to 30 push ups and i rested for 20 minutes and do another 30 push ups that's 60 and yesterday 56 Total 116 I will continue pushing while Bitcoin reaching $100k challenge.

I’m not a frequent visitor at the speculation board and guess I missed this very one
I’ve been having severe pains mostly within my waist region stretching to my upper back up to my neck and it haven’t been an easy one for me. Lately I’ve been thinking of hitting the gym as I think one of the causes of this pains is lack of exercise as I barely do exercise and joining this push up challenge wouldn’t be a bad idea to start my fitness journey.
I want to know if it’s already late to join this challeng
You are welcome feel free to participate in this great challenge for no time is late to join this challenge as long as Bitcoin price is not up to $100k. I will say you are luck to visit this board, when I first saw this thread I said to my self that this an opportunity to go back to fitness ones again for it has been long I did exercise. And ever since then I joined, my body has transform a little I have gain much stamina and body fitness. If you are consistence in this push-up exercise in a week time you won't feel much pain as you feel before. Though initially you are going to feel some pains in your arms, shoulders, and chest because you are a new comer in push-up but with time those pains won't be there again with your consistence pushing up. And there is a table format where all the pushers here participating in this challenge is been complied by DirtyKeyboard, you can use the format below when you might have started your push-up exercise and put on your push-up activity so that your name can appear in that table. 100k,YourUserName, Daysofpush-up,TotalPushups,YYYY-MM-DD.

I hope you all are enjoying this game because its full of fun. Today i went to work and my colleagues were asking if I have been gym ing That my chest and muscles are getting bigger and I simply say No,that am only doing Push-Ups. They is always a reward for hard work, Just see your Day to Day Push-Ups as a game and enjoy the fun and rewards it brings.

If you are into the reporting, I think you should follow the report formates as used by other users above so you could be profiled easily as applies. I think the format as I read it here is, 100k Challenge | Forum Username | Number of Push-ups | Sum Of Push-ups | Date. Your narrative might follow or precede this but, this way, you wouldn’t have to clog your whole write up. I don’t generally use that format myself but, it’s the most popular and you wouldn’t have to recap on all or consecutive days as you’ve done. Mean while, don’t forget, no pain, no gain. Perhaps you did sleep comfortably, your body needs to realize you did some work. I think basically my shoulder does feel heavier and it hurts a little when I try to get my back scrub while having my bath. That’s basically it so, you ought to feel it somehow to know your gaining.
My rounds this morning was, 65 inclined wide arm push-ups. Had 5minutes rest time 50 inclined Narrow push-ups. Had 7minutes rest. 25 inclined diamond push ups in roughly 47seconds. Took an exhaustive rest after this and Did some 60 jumping jacks and that was it. No more till tomorrow perhaps.
