On the site it says if you complete verification you get a battlepass, but this hasnt happened for me and presumably a number of other people since support says tickets are high at the moment. Also the support chat doesnt work correctly as you must  choose which sections of the site you are referring to when the bot displays buttons, yet i cant access any of the relevant sections i am trying to access due to the bot saying 'pick a button' and displays no buttons. I've opened several tickets and same story. In the end had to access support via the irrelevant lootbox section. Not ideal.

As a newbie I will agree and accept with you, that a site, team shouldn't promised what their can't offer, but this case with whale rewards distribution is not a case of promising and failing, and you should not make it sound and look as if their are not willing to gift you your winnings, but sure there is always a procedure to folow in all of that, ands said by the manager he just sent the sheet, so mate waiting few extra days won't hurt you really, instead of getting pierced up why not just take a brake and give it sometimes.

I think this is a very fair and well-balanced review and I agree with the cons - except for Live Agent Access. Haven't had any problems here so far, but to be honest only relatively minor problems/requests.

I think whale.io could also eradicate the other points relatively easily, especially the size of the game library.

Instead of winnings is I just got an eyebags because of the timeline of their match and upon watching I just make a loss too in this bet I did not expect at least the Man City did not make any goal at all. Man City has t he higher opportunity against Southampton but they did not take any scores. Well its part of the game after on their draw they got a consecutive wins with their matches seems they just made my lose few of my money on this series before winning the next games.
