I have missed some important matches in Champions League and Europa League these days. But honestly it is very difficult to bet because anything can happen because in European competitions sometimes the results are always beyond my expectations. As a newbie I will agree and accept with you, that a site, team shouldn't promised what their can't offer, but this case with whale rewards distribution is not a case of promising and failing, and you should not make it sound and look as if their are not willing to gift you your winnings, but sure there is always a procedure to folow in all of that, ands said by the manager he just sent the sheet, so mate waiting few extra days won't hurt you really, instead of getting pierced up why not just take a brake and give it sometimes.

I'm not entertaining what you are saying. Other sites have time and time again successfully paid reward x on promised date y. If not wanting to use the word promised, then input "stated in black and white" instead.  I've been waiting a week if not more for my battlepass to be given after verifying like it says on the website, but that hasnt happened and will not happen as support has been contradicting itself.
