I had a really bad day. 3 predictions and all ended up losing my money. I don't know if yesterday was my unlucky day. Now I hope to win a little prize in a new bet. Right now the title race in the English Premier League and Spanish League is over. Some teams have no motivation to win the match. So I took a little risk in my bet in the hope that I can get back what I lost in the bet last week.

Unfortunately, my bets on the German Bundesliga last weekend also missed the mark. I also took a bit more risk here, as both the championship title and the relegation places were already more or less fixed and the teams didn't always line up with the first team.

Next weekend, the title will be decided in Austria, where 3 teams can still become champions on the last matchday, and 2 of the title rivals will actually play each other. That makes for some exciting competition constellations.

I have just tried it and received the code immediately. However, there are always reports here in the thread that the code doesn't arrive, so it might be a problem from time to time.

But you have certainly checked the spam folder, haven't you? Unfortunately, the emails from whale.io regularly end up in the suspected spam folder at my Outlook.com address, even though I had actually activated all the sender addresses.

It works for me, too. I received the activation code almost immediately.
I use Gmail to register on whale.io, and their mail doesn't go to my spam folder. I'm surprised if Outlook has a more aggressive spam filter than gmail.

In any case, you should follow the ABCs of these cases before asking: Spam Folder, clear Cookies, change the browser, oh, and come back to update: "it works for me." These concerns are very phantasmatic.

This is what makes this whole thing so bizarre. Why in the world did they opt for such a crappy system in the first place and why do they insist on sticking to it despite all of these constant complaints?

If they cannot secure the basics well until now, what exactly can you expect from them in the future? Bad decisions all around.

In the match between West Ham United and Nottingham Forest there were still minimal chances for a draw, the final score was 1:2. And the prediction for Sevilla's victory in the match against Real Madrid looked unconvincing, although Sevilla played at home.

To be honest, I have never had any problems with the system myself and I am familiar with similar systems from other platforms such as exchanges.

But you could certainly switch to a classic 2-factor with a 2-factor app like the one from Microsoft, which is also quite common on exchanges or other gambling platforms. However, this also means more support effort, as there will always be cases where 2-factor authentication is lost (cell phone theft without security, etc.) and you will then have to switch to much more complex procedures, e.g. with passport checks or similar.

Although it is a small thing but i can understand the frustration if you want to login the site and you cannot because you do not receive the code in your email. Sometimes there is the issue with the email provider too and then it become impossible to login. This is not specifically about Whale.io but i am talking in general. It is always better to have more than one 2fa methods, so that if one doesn't work the person can switch to the other. For Example, if we have the option of both email and phone 2fa, then in case OTP / code doesn't come in email, one can get it through sms and login the site.

Never mind, it's solved today already. It was just a one-day error it seems.

I understand that some people would be totally fine with such a system, but many including me aren't and the constant complaints pretty much prove that. They are losing gamblers because of these issues to be frank.

I have faced other issues too(Withdrawal etc) while playing here, but they were all minor issues though this is a major one. Wonder if they will ever learn in this case.

Why do people's "VIP level" reset after the battlepass resets? I mean I already found it not cool to only make a seasonal battle pass but even resetting the levels that have been reached, the small it might be, is a bit off.
Having a battle bass requirement to get (tiny) rewards is not a good approach in times of weekly/monthly/tg drops other sites offer these days.

Why having this system in the first place? The rewards for leveling up are so low already, actually just some cents, so losing already achieved levels and starting from scratch is not that much motivating. Sure that's my opinion but maybe other players think the same, don't know.

To be honest, that sounds more like an error to me than a deliberate reset. It also makes no sense to reset the VIP levels, as these are normally used to reward people who have been playing on a platform for a very long time for their loyalty (even if the rewards are always quite low, especially in the lower levels). I am not aware of a reset on any other platform.

Maybe @whale.io can ask if this is a mistake and if not, what is the point behind it? I'm sure this will confuse other players too!
