Two red cards now. Lucas Hernandez made intentional serious foul to the Bayern's players, and Taylor gave him a red card. Like i said previously, this is WWE, not a football.  

hahaha. We saw a lot of fouls from both  teams in this match . Bayern munich players committed 13 fouls and PSG players committed 11. However, psg committed several serious fouls. At the same time , psg was definitely a bit unlucky . In the last minute of the match, the referee showed red cards to Lucashernandez and Pacho.

PSG managed to secure a 2-0 victory . Doue scored the first goal in the 78th minute. Despite not being in the starting XI, Dembele scored the second goal of the match in the last minute from Hakimi's pass . Despite many attacks, Munich players failed to break PSG's strong defense

I'd say, this is one of the most extremely tough matches since the FIFA club world cup 24/25. It was tough and rough at the same time for both teams, but I guess PSG just figured out a way to win. Regardless, it didn't come easy. I wasn't expecting Bayern to lose, but c'mon -- this is football and what makes It interesting is that at the end of the day, there's a deserving winner.

Bayern had their chances right from the first half, but they misused it and, it seems maybe the defensive technique of Enrique was too formidable for them to break in easily like they always do. Congratulations to the champions and we hope they retain their spot in even to the finals!

My prediction already failed on Al-Hilal.    They even lost in regular time, what is this man?  They beat Manchester City but couldn't even carry it to extra time against Fluminense. It is a really tournament full of surprises...

I think most people expected Al Halal to get a win in the match, they played so well when they played against Manchester City, and they were able to get a win, so we all know Manchester City’s performance is just better than Fluminense, so everyone expected a win from them, since they could win Manchester city. Al Halal disappointed most people because they couldn’t win Fluminense, and most people never believed Al Halal will lose.

Even though Chelsea were better playing side, it wasn't an easy win for them either. But at least they managed to finish it in 90 minutes.

The match wasn’t so easy for Chelsea, but Chelsea played well in the match, they played a matured game in the match, and they were able to secure a win which is really a nice one for them. Chelsea have been promoted to the semi final of the tournament, and they will be playing against Fluminense, Chelsea should be able to get a win against them.

The PSG-Bayern match was a complete disaster. PSG won 2-0, but whether this was the right of the match is debatable. If Bayern's penalty had not been returned by VAR at the last minute, maybe we would have been talking about something else. Upamecano's goal was also ruled offside, Bayern was completely destroyed by bad luck.

PSG's defense was good, but considering the referee decisions in the match and the places where Bayern Munich was unlucky, maybe if some decisions had been made differently, the result of the match would have been very different. Still, PSG got a well-deserved win, it was a good match.

It's just over 20 minutes played in the game and both teams are at it, the game is so balanced so far with both teams attacking each other, the fluidity of the game is so interesting for me to watch. PSG attacks and when Bayern Munich gets the ball they attack back. The game is mostly at the midfield with each attack not crossing the final third much. What a match! This match will be remembered for a long time and I don't remember such a match, when the team played without two players from the main squad against Bayern and then managed to score a goal.
PSG is certainly a tough team and it is unclear if anyone can stop Luis Enrique's team.
The referee is trying to help Bayern as much as he can and it's good that there is VAR and the referee can't just award a penalty if VAR doesn't detect an infringement. Anyway PSG still deserve to win!

It was beyond belief in their second goal by Dembele. As for deserved, yes, PSG deserved to win and get into the semifinals. Unfortunately, PSG will have to play their Semi-Final match against Real Madrid/Dortmund without Hernandez and Pacho.

It's a pity that Musiala will go on injury after the collision with PSG's goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma but however it won't affect Bayern Munich since they are out of the Club World Cup, if they had qualified for the semifinals it would have been problematic following Musiala's injury.

PSG having 2 Red cards and still succeeded in winning Bayern Munich by 2:0 is really what I call bravery regardless that the red cards came late but the intelligence of PSG's players is top notch and I applaud their team work. The sad news now is with their next match against either Real Madrid or Borussia Dortmund who will play later tonight because the unavailability of Hernandez and Pacho due to the red card will affect PSG in their next match. Though Borussia Dortmund would have been a preferable opponent for PSG than Real Madrid but the odds of Borussia Dortmund winning Real Madrid tonight is very rare. However, PSG might still win their semifinals match whether they meet with Real Madrid or Borussia Dortmund because the resilient spirit of the team is really undefeated.

PSG won the match as predicted by many before the match was played. Bayern Munich have not won PSG for the first time in a long time now and this is a remarkable record for PSG in this game. Having eliminated Bayern Munich from this stage of the competition, going further is them playing against Real Madrid or Dortmund.

Dortmund happen to be the team that is of less competitive to advance to the next round of the competition ahead of Real Madrid who in their last meeting during the 2023/2024 champions league finals defeated them. I congratulate Chelsea for winning the game against Palmeiras. It was a hard game, and i must admit they worked so hard. They even did it without Lavia and Caicedo, which is proving they're not totally depending on those guys.

Only get surprised with the amounts of people predicted them to lose. They might be performed bad in the start, but not a good reason to generalize their performance this time.

Yep, the fallacy of generalization was out in full swing prior to this one. All the people had tunnel vision following the Flamengo defeat and the sketchy weather game against Benfica and were treating Chelsea as doomed against any half-decent Brazilian team. But you look at the numbers: 62% possession, almost 3x the shots, out-dribbled Palmeiras 16 to 5, and completely controlled the midfield with a last-minute kid in Santos. That is a system at work

Honestly, the "Lavia and Caicedo or bust" narrative is getting stale. Santos missed five tackles and five interceptions, which is insane on a first start at this level. Shows the depth is not just numbers on a squad list, it is tactical flexibility. People simply desire drama and simple stories. This is why the market misjudged Chelsea once again. And sure, the prize money covers a chunk of that UEFA fine. But the bigger story is, on nights like this, Chelsea actually look financially and tactically sustainable for once. It's tough these two teams are as good as it gets. Maybe a little mentally superior is PSG. They won the UCL so they are the favorites. But Munich will probably work hard, I believe Kompany has a chance to win. I don't think there will be many goals. Real madrid won't try to lose today and am sure madrid will do anything to qualify to the next stage to face PSG. It's hard to believe that PSG managed to beat Bayern Munich with a final score of 2 goals without reply, even though PSG ended the match with only 9 players.

Unlike usual in that match, PSG did not dominate the match, either in terms of ball possession or the number of attacks they made. However, in terms of sharpness in attack, PSG was certainly the most favored, and so was in defense.
